poor slow process that was inefficient and painful
If you want to be dragged through a process and jerked around for a couple hours then this is the dealership for you....never going back

IF YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE ELSE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I’m writing this review to warn anyone who are first time car buyers, young women and anyone who just doesn’t know a lot about dealerships. This place is a joke, I came here to finance my first car and walked out the lot with my car after being approved. A week after receiving my car I began receiving HARASSING phone calls from the dealership. Mostly by HANK KAUFMANN THE FINANCE MANAGER. They began expressing issues they did not SPECIFY before I signed my contract and left with my car, I still complied and gave them everything they asked for. Over the course of 4 weeks they harassed me repeatedly, LIED BLATANTLY for 4 weeks about a variety of issues including my financing. They told me I was financed through GM financial for 4 weeks when in reality I NEVER HAD A LOAN THROUGH GM. Now it makes since they completely messed up on there end and now we’re harassing me about it. HANK K still continued to lie RAN MY CREDIT MULTIPLE TIMES A MONTH AFTER I HAD THE CAR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR WITHOUT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING ME. Very illegal and even preceded to lie about paper work I had to sign when in reality there was no paperwork they just wanted me to come to the dealership so they can FORCE me to bring the car back. The amount of emotional distress this place has caused me is RIDICULOUS and not okay. They assume I will just let them get away with this and continue MANIPULATING and lying to customers just to get there commission they don’t care what they have to do or say. They lied for a whole 4 weeks straight . PLEASE if you can go anywhere DO NOT GO HERE THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR MONEY NOR YOUR TIME.

Received an undetailed car, very unclear sales process with no good explanation of where discounts went until I received quote for payoff after lease and realized no discounts were really given

People, service, quality, integrity, respect. These are the five pillars of excellence, these are the five pillars that defines ciocca. At Ciocca Dealership I did not just buy a car, I bought an experience. From the first time that I stepped into the dealerships, like Aladdin I knew that I was in a whole new world. They treated me with integrity and most importantly respect. From the time that I entered into the dealership to the time I left my time was respected. The manager Chris Fernandez cut right to the chase and offered me a no hassle deal. The other dealerships that I have been to tried to scam me but not Mr.Fernandez. Mr. Fernandez offered me a great deal on my vehicle and he made sure that I was well taken care of. The entire dealership was clean and all of the staff was attentive. The finance manager Hank Kauffman took extra care of me and made sure that everything was explained in great detail. I give credit to Mr.Jimenez the general manager for having such a great team at Ciocca dealerships. Before I left the dealership Mr.Jimenez came out and personally made sure that I was well taken care of. In all of my years of purchasing vehicles I have never experienced such great service. If you want a great experience in your car buying process just go and ask for Chris Fernandez and he will take care of you.

Breath of Fresh Air
I never thought that I would have such a pleasant experience buying a car. I have had many bad experiences in the past but if I could give this dealer a 10 star out of 5 I would. My salesman Zack listened to me and pulled up the PERFECT car. There was no need to see another vehicle after that because it had everything my wife and I told him I needed. Every Chevy my family buys will be from Ciocca going forward.

Greatest Shopping Experience I have had! Made the whole process simple and were upfront about everything! My salesman Zac knew everything about the vehicle and made sure I was more than happy and comfortable with the vehicle he had recommended to me.
