I purchased a BMW M3 in November of 2024 from Silicon Valley Ethusiast in cash from Raman. After dozens of messages and phone calls I have yet to receive the title 8 months later. They supposedly sold the car on consignment without having the title in hand. I plan to take full legal action and involve the California Department of Motor Vehicles, California Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. Do not purchase from these guys. They are selling cars they do not have the titles to.

I recently purchased a 328d Wagon MSport from them. I live in Sacramento and called about the car. It was everything I wanted and I put a deposit down over the phone and picked it up a few days later. Car was just as described. I have owned it a month now and there no problems. I would buy from them again.

They dont have a clue regarding the vehicles they’re selling. Dont waste your time.

These guys are as shady as it gets. Double talk and lies is what you get here. They say they spend hours researching only the best cars. They spend hours figuring out how to take advantage of you. Their cars are overpriced and their arrogance and demeanor when you challenge them is deplorable. Stay away and find another place to look for a car, you will thank me later.

Dumpster fire. mob like tactics. Stay away…tried to scam me on trade in, financing and would NOT let me get the car get checked out by an independent mechanic…xxx!!??

I was pre-approved with Westlake and then they said they couldn't get me approved. I'm confused.

2 days after I bought a car from Ramen the owner, The engine light came on . The transmission was bad and the thermostat was faulty. He refused to return my money and was rude saying to deal with it and move on and He insulted me of being. delusional. It cost me over $4000 plus. He took advantage of my situation and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ramen sold me a car and 2 days after the engine light came on . The transmission and thermostat were bad and he dumped the car on me. He Refused to return my money told me to deal with it and move on then insulted me saying I was delusional. Costing me over $4000. He totally took advantage of my situation.

Tried to buy a used truck from them but they weren’t interested in me going through my credit union for the financing and extended warranty! They said that I had to finance through them in order to get the deal in their online ad! Otherwise I had to pay $2,000 more if I got my own financing and extended warranty! That’s a rip-off! They did have a good selection of trucks but their prices were higher than the other places for similar vehicles. Looked like they were trying to cover up previous damage on a few of their vehicles too. Fresh spray paint over some rust spots that I saw underneath a few of the vehicles that did not have license plates on them. They also were charging a lot more to obtain new plates and stickers than what the DMV quotes on their site. Denied they were out of state trucks. Then where did the plates go? Sounded fishy. Buyer beware.
