Very truthful about the car i bought from them. Most other car sells men are Selling Snake. oil. And Will say anything to sell you a car with hidden faults Mr. Allen was on point went out of his why to make me as comfortable as possible. You hear the stories of people getting beat for their hard earned money. I WOULD RECOMMEND ZOOM AUTO TO MY MOTHER NOW THAT'S SAYING SOMETHING RIGHT THERE.

"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME......!!!!!" - I rarely , if ever , leave a bad review anywhere, but this experience warranted it. After numerous email exchanges with Allen and Peter at Zoom Auto Group, my son and I drove 100 miles so I could help him purchase his first official car. ( college graduation present) At no time, in any of those email exchanges, did either Peter or Allen share that the car had significant HAIL damage, nor was it shared on the website, that the car, while in good shape, unfortunately had hail damage. The roof and the front hood had over 200 small little dimple dents in it. Despite all of this, my son was still interested in the car, and would have been OK, with the hail damage, if the price was right. When we approached them about adjusting their price to reflect the hail damage, they indicated that " the owners" would not budge on the price. We should have just got back in our car and bolted out of there as fast as we could. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for not indicating that the car had hail damage, or even give a lame excuse as to why they didn't share that on their website. In looking at their website,they unbelievably BOAST, in their "Mission Statement", about INTEGRITY: " Integrity: We always strive to do the right thing. Our commitment to the truth is unwavering, both in actions and in words" Well, they didn't do the "right thing" AT ALL......., and they have NO commitment to the truth , either in their actions or words. I wasted a whole afternoon of my weekend dealing with this. Sorry for the bad review, but if i can save someone else from wasting their time, I had to leave this

Had a great experience here. I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500. The truck had everything I was looking for! Petr, the finance manager, was super nice! I could tell the guy was really caring and took care of my concerns right away! He made me feel very comfortable and was all around great to work with. The process was very smooth. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I was amazed how fast they were able to come through for me!!! They also stayed within my budget that I had told them, which I appreciated. 5 stars for sure!!!

Allen was a super big help working with me on getting the SUV I wanted! I bought it 2 months ago and waited to write the review to make sure nothing came up. Overall the car drives great and looks great inside and out. I would recommend Allen and this dealership anytime. Thank you guys
