06 tundra, great experience!

I bought a 06 tundra from this dealer. From the beginning I enjoyed dealing with the owners. I came pre-approved for the purchase, but was waiting on the documents from my bank. Kathy was understanding and agreed to hold the vehicle for me while I waited for the paperwork. This is a rare quality, no large dealership would have done this. They weren't pushy, they didn't insist I use their bank contacts to expedite the process, they were genuine, which was a great experience. I wanted to use my bank, as they offer really good rates and I'm already setup with them. Kathy and Sean didn't have to hold the truck for me. It would have definitely sold had they not held it for 4 days it took for the paperwork to come (3 people were looking at the truck the day I came to pick it up). In addition to great service, they waived their dealership and document fee ($195) while negotiating. Yet another thing they did for me was include a 3-month, 3,000 power train warranty from a third party, for no additional cost. I didn't even ask about any warranty, as I've bought used vehicles before and know they're always "as-is". AND another thing, I had to bring my family in order to get the truck back home. They gave both my kids some CarFax stuff animals. This dealer is why I enjoy doing business with local businesses. Sean was up front about all of the known issues with the truck. He went through all of the repairs his shop made to make this truck as close to brand new as possible. Any issues with the repairs he made, I was welcome to bring the truck back to them. You can tell that Sean is a car guy and has a genuine interest in the vehicles he buys. I'd bet he'd keep every vehicle he buys, but I can already see Kathy rolling her eyes. Long story short, if you treat these owners as people and not the shady car salesman you're used to encountering at any large dealership, you'll walk out not only with a great used vehicle but also feeling like you just bought it from family.

Great attitude and forth right!

We were looking for a vehicle for my wife to use daily. Sean and Renee were very helpful and not pushy at all. We purchased a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer and are very pleased with the vehicle. I will send anyone who is looking for a vehicle to these folks! Thanks again it has been a pleasure!
