I had the absolute best car-buying experience with Henry

I had the absolute best car-buying experience with Henry at AutoNation. I initially reached out over the phone, and from that very first conversation, he stood out. Henry was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful—he always got back to me with the exact information I asked for, never played games, and followed up consistently without being pushy. That level of honesty and transparency is what convinced me to come in and see the car in person. Once I arrived, the great experience continued. Henry was just as personable and knowledgeable in person as he had been over the phone. He answered every question thoroughly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. It was a completely pressure-free experience, which I truly appreciated. I’ve dealt with many car salespeople in the past, and Henry is in a league of his own. From now on, I would only ask for Henry—he’s honest, professional, and clearly takes pride in doing right by his customers. If you’re shopping at AutoNation, make sure you ask for him.

Update: do not buy from Auto Nation Katy or any Auto

Update: do not buy from Auto Nation Katy or any Auto Nation USA. They can not provide title, they have lost my plates and registration sticker. This transaction was March 13, 2025. Plates and sticker mailed April 23. Title in state of Texas must be done by law 30 days. Heed the warning.

We spent many hours in the hot sun with car after car

We spent many hours in the hot sun with car after car catching our eye being not quite right. We even left the dealership without having picked out a car, and changed our minds, turned around, and bought the same day. We took his entire afternoon to make sure we saw all the cars that fit our description.

This was my second year in a row doing business with

This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. Big ups to Jeremiah and the AutoNationUSA-Katy team for a very satifying car-buying experience.

The dealership was neat and clean.

The dealership was neat and clean. Our salesman, ND, was professional and courteous. There was no “hard sell” and the price was as advertised. The car was immaculate and the online pictures accurately depicted the vehicle. I would recommend the dealership and our sales person.
