Every single person here has been excellent, and super helpful. I worked with Umer and Jerry in Sales, Ryan in Finance, and Matt from Service. Every single one of them were nothing short of excellent. They made sure I was taken care of. Hare Honda in Avon is the ONLY dealership that I will go to!

I don’t usually leave a bad review but I believe

I don’t usually leave a bad review but I believe management would want to know. No one in service dept. was friendly. People typed on computers without acknowledging me for about 5-7 mins. Seemed like I was a bother. Seemed miffed that I made appt via phone and not online. Maybe need to have a mtg. to review best customer service practices.

My salesman Larry was knowledgeable and asked all the right questions to guide me to my perfect ride. He even picked me up at the airport after I returned my rental. The young man that assisted me with the finance end was so courteous and professional . I was so scared to go through this process but Hare made it enjoyable. I really love my new Accord!
