I???ve been dealing with shoddy work on a ???certified??? car for over a year (so of course now it???s all on me) I???ve had multiple tire issues, balance... issues, battery died, lied to me about being Honda....said they were Hyundai now and wouldn???t give me the information of my extended warrenty), every time I take it in for one thing it doesn???t actually get fixed and 2-3 more things are broken! My alignment was off tires weren???t balanced maitinace wasn???t done before I bought it but the lied on the certification and to my face and said it was they lied about a new battery with a warranty being put in! Battery died and left me and my 2 y/o stranded! They still have not returned my call 2 weeks alter. They still have not called me about recall parts and I was ???put on a list??? in December and I know the parts are in......🤷🏻??? WORST PLACE EVER! The right thing for them to do would be at the very least refund me for the money I???ve had to spend on the battery and alignment and balancing the tires.....rotors are also at the very least unbalanced if not completely gone......

Whatever you have done at this dealership, they find other things that they say need doing, which in fact don't need doing. They will bump up the final... bill by several hundred dollars; over 600 on my last visit for things that actually don't need doing. I declined their recommendations, but they wrote to me a couple weeks later saying I had declined urgent/critical things, and that my car could be dangerous. This is BS. Terry Lee Honda (a GREAT service shop) has turned into Hare Honda what-feels-like-a-scam enterprise. Avoid if you can. (Note: I am not sure who I worked with)

John Drake assisted with our purchase of our 2014 Honda Odyssey and it was truly the best experience we have had buying a car from a dealership. He was... very accommodating, was never pushy, and completely understood that buying a certified minivan was a really large purchase. We did a lot, I mean a lot, of due diligence, tested the car, and even took it home for the weekend to drive. Was definitely not expecting this type of treatment or service. Would definitely buy from him and Terry Lee again. Thanks!!

Bought a used certified 2015 Honda Accord apparently they half assed there Honda certification and it means nothing because the side lane camera has been... blurry since the day I got it when I brought it to there attention they wanted me to pay for half the repairs on a car that is supposed to be under warranty for 1 year 12000 miles i will never buy a car from this Honda dealer again because they wouldn't live up to there xxxxxxxx certification HONDA CERTIFIED means nothing
The most billigerent people I have ever had the experience dealing with. I was prepared to buy a used car CASH!! Backwards thinking people here!

Had an appointment at 5pm. First called that morning with questions. 15 min on hold no answer, sent to service manager no answer. I gave up, so husband... goes to the appt. pulls in gets out of car and no one says a word. 2 workers just standing talking to each other and totally ignoring him. He leans against car hit 5 more min before anyone says a word. They finally take our car in at 6:05. And we???re not very polite in the entire visit. So different now it???s no longer Terry Lee
I went to drain and fill my transmission fluid but after I arrived home I checked the level and was low. I took the car back to them to check the fluid... level. Surprisingly this is a Honda dealer and they don’t know how to check the transmission fluid according to Honda manual. Even after I showed the manual they still tell me that the fluid level is right below the lower mark and is fine. At this point I couldn’t trust them anymore. I went to a mechanic and we check the transmission fluid whit the Honda manual in hand and indeed was low.
Will never go there again. Two other businesses disagree with their 1000$ diagnosis. Then they charges me shipping for the parts they had already ordered.... Don't go there!
Weston Pavey said it would be 85 mins for my oil change but it was done in 60mins. I thanked him for being so quick so I could make my workout at the... YMCA.

I wanted information on a specific vehicle nothing more than that. I was satisfied with the timely manner in which they got back with me with the information... I needed to know, that's all I needed to know. I turn I was bombarded with several messages from the dealer over the next few days about scheduling a test drive time as well as other things. If I was interested in doing these things I would have said so initially, the bad thing about giving out your personal email address to a dealer is they nag you and bug you to death about stuff that you have no interest in nor want to hear from them on a ongoing basis. I had to unsubscribe from their site so that they would leave me alone.
