I don’t usually leave a bad review but I believe
I don’t usually leave a bad review but I believe management would want to know. No one in service dept. was friendly. People typed on computers without acknowledging me for about 5-7 mins. Seemed like I was a bother. Seemed miffed that I made appt via phone and not online. Maybe need to have a mtg. to review best customer service practices.
