The lady that picks up the phone does not know how to negotiate it a purchase and does not know how to sell a car.like what's the least you can take for this particular car with a lot of miles on it ????can you lower the price ???? Does not have selling experience ..and there's no warranty on cars ...only as is

Not much luck finding older RAV4 within reasonable distance from me ! Not much help at all

I asked if I could get a pre-purchase inspection and was assured that the car had already been inspected before coming to the auction. I was assured nothing was wrong with the car and it was good to go; so I purchased the car. When I took it to the mechanic he found that the battery was dead, the exhaust needed to be replaced, the brakes were no good, and there was unsalvageable rust all over the main frame of the car (some of which could not be fixed); some of the rust had been covered with tape. I was informed that even if I spent thousands of dollars to replace these things there was no guarantee that it would be in good condition. The mechanic warned me not to put any more money into the car and just try to get rid of it any way I could.

Car salesmen was rude , fake guarantee, doesn’t seem like he really cares. Don’t even bother calling since the salesman won’t even try to help you with the purchasing process. Salesmen also not confident in his cars since he “checks” the engine and transmission but won’t even offer a 30 day warranty. Can’t even view the car you must purchase without looking.

Stay Away!!! Brought a 2004 Trailblazer, pulled off the lot and it started to stall. Got on the beltway and need a tow. Call and explained what happened, my mechanic said I need a motor. They new when they drove the truck around the yard that it was stalling, the son is not honorable, the father has passed. He was a pastor that was more upstanding that his son who took over the business. They use the mechanic (partner) around the corner. Nasty, evil, and horrible business practices!!!

I didn’t purchase a vehicle as of yet but plan to do so in the near future. I know I will be buying my car from branch Avenue Auto auction.

The customer service was pretty good, and the prices were fair. They were willing to negotiate. If I wanted to view a car someone would escort me or at least point me in the right direction
