Claudia made everything happen for me. When I thought things weren’t going to happen, she made it happen. Besides a very nice person, she is a business person. She is awesome right down to the bow on the car.

I just purchased my Lexus GX 550 from the dealership in Wesley Chapel, and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a vehicle. Dakota, one of the salespeople at the store, welcomed me because I was only interested in just seeing the vehicle and its features. He was so helpful and friendly that I ended up buying the GX. I recommend that when you go to that dealership, ask for Dakota, and I'm sure he'll give you the best possible service.

Claudia is outstanding!

Claudia is outstanding! Her knowledge and expertise on Lexus is superior. Her communication was top-notch, she worked with me for over a year on getting the right specs, and she worked though my constant switching of colors, and options. She checked in on me throughout the year as the demand for this particular was very high, and supply was very low. She remained dedicated to helping us get what we wanted. I will make sure I go back to Wesley Chapel and see Claudia. This dealership does not miss! They greeted my and wife and I from the time we stepped in, and at every turn throughout the dealership. Can't beat the refreshment area as well.
