At the time, I was looking for a car I needed for a new job, and he gave me his contact so I could visit their dealership. When we arrived, we were welcomed very kindly, and the entire process was quick and easy. Giorgio, the general manager, was very courteous and handled everything with great professionalism. Unfortunately, we couldn’t take the car home that day due to the heavy snow covering the area, but as promised, on Monday at 3 PM, the car was delivered to our house. We are very happy with the service and professionalism we received.

BUYER BE AWARE! PLEASE READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS. YOU WILL SEE THE SAME THING IS CONSTANLY OCCURING! This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered while buying a vehicle. Our jeep was delivered to us because we live 6 hours away. The salesman insured us the jeep was in great condition and had passed inspection. After receiving the jeep, we made it 7 miles down the road before it overheated and the steering column locked up. We messaged them immediately about this, and they said they would look into it. To our surprise that would be the last time they would respond to us. I have put in almost a grand to get a vehicle that I drove for 7 miles to be drivable and we still have to have work done. We also can't get it tagged correctly or anything because they have yet to send the title. We have tried reaching out to them, however, they are still ignoring us or have us blocked. I am fortunate to have a friend who is a lawyer, however many customers may not! So, please...PLEASE do not waste your money. I wish so badly that I had fully read these bad reviews and taken them seriously. Being 20k in debt with a vehicle that doesn't run is not a fun time. Never have I seen such horrible customer service! The mechanic that worked on our jeep, said that there was no way it had gone through inspection and passed! I swear this dealership has blown my mind in how unprofessional they have been. If you like to buy vehicles that do not run, have numerous mechanical issues, and enjoy a sales team that ignores you, Arlington Auto Group is for you! Also, by chance that someone from this company actually reads this, could you please get in touch with us?! We still need our title as it has been well over 2 weeks. I am very certain you don't care about the shape in which the vehicle is in, but the least you could do is send our dang title.

I purchased my 2010 Jaguar xk black in February of 2020. Ed was my salesman he was very young but very knowledgeable about the cars. I saw a Jaguar XJ online, went in to take a look. Salesman1 was very courteous. He let me look around the vehicle and we discussed the possible value for my trade in but in any case I had my cash and was to purchase if the vehicle was in good driving condition. As I’m about to go for a test drive, salesman2 approaches me and says the vehicle is “basically sold”. I asked if there was a deposit on the vehicle because there was no sign on it and it’s still listed as available on the website. He says no but his buddy is coming in a couple of days to purchase but I can still go on a test drive if I want to “see how it feels to drive it”. This is unsatisfactory customer service and DO NOT suggest that any potential customers waste time with that level of incompetence and unprofessionalism

Really great expertise from their staff, I was unaware of some of informations they provided regarding the vehicle. I am still in the market for a vehicle but once I decide which vehicle to go with I will certainly check their inventory out.
