Gross!

Gross! We found this rag garbage thing wedged under the car. We only found out because the undercarriage broke off 2 days after we drove off the lot. They tell you that you can return the car within 3 days no questions asked, but they will charge you any repairs. This is not explicit and is not mentioned when you buy or return the vehicle that is falling apart. We don't think it was a scam that the car undercarriage broke off right when we drove on the highway, but FFC really win out with us as a customer. We filled up the tank with gas from empty, paid their mechanic fees and we even removed the rag for them! Expensive and time consuming 3 day rental for me! My advice, get your ride inspected before purchasing here. Our 2021 Highlander had a wheel from 2016 on it... Strange! The staff is pretty pleasant overall. I think other than the GM making an odd comment about how my pregnant wife walked, we were pretty pleased with the people there. The fees are low, and they are not pushy on upselling a lot of add-ons. You just have to do your due diligence. Also, I can't speak for everyone, but they sent a link to give a review to my wife and I while we were in the process of purchasing the car, before anything has a chance of going wrong. Take that for what its worth

Michael, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. There are a few points mentioned in this review that we would like to clarify. There is a 3-day return policy and a 5-day exchange policy offered by Florida Fine Cars. In reviewing our records, we found that this vehicle left the dealership in good condition but was returned with damage exceeding $500. It is for this reason that the customer is responsible for paying for these damages. Our customers are not charged for returning their vehicles as long as they are returned in the same condition as when they were taken off the lot. Ah! That’s why our damage was just over $500. Very unlucky. This was not mentioned when we returned the vehicle, or in any correspondence following. Thank you clarifying that. We do agree the undercarriage fell off 2 days after you sold it to us, that was very clear in my review. Any clarification on why there was a 2016 wheel on our 2021 vehicle? Rag shoved in the undercarriage? My “Pass Fender Liner” cost $200 “Under Car Shield” cost $229 Labor $125 I can’t seem to find any pass fender line for over $50, would FFC be able to clarify which one was purchased? Under Car Shield I also can’t find one even close to $200. Maybe I’m missing something though!

I had purchased a 2019 Civic from this dealership and I can say, I felt like they really care about me and they wanted me to get into the car I wanted. Paul was the agent that helped me finding my first car. Even though I wasted slot of time because I was undecided, he was very patient with me. I would definitely recommend my fiends and family to this dealership for their great service.
