August 2025 .

August 2025 . We were on vacation in May and had some issues stopped by Pure Country to find out what was wrong. I paid 300.00 for a misdiagnosed transmission problem. Warning service department rips you off !! Tried to sell me a $10,000 transmission when the only issue was the trans fluid was overfilled. This was verified by my home dealer where the vehicle was purchased and another mechanic. Life long Ford customer until now. Pure Country refused to refund my money paid for the diagnostics fee. What a rip off. Probably saw out of state plate and thought they would take advantage of us.

Worse and most unprofessional experience

The people in service department are unprofessional!!!! Made gestures to my fiancé in a sexual way in front of my 7 year old daughter. She waited 4.5 hours for an alignment and 4 tires and counted 22 other people that came in after her get theirs done first. When finally finished us as paying customers they said we didn’t want your service anyway🤔 so guess what they lost ours and I honestly hope I can change others minds about this place it’s awful and ran so unprofessional

This dealership isn't racially friendly they flashed my truck knowing that it wasn't stock and caused my tuner to lock and I can't reprogram my truck. They said that the would do what needed to be done to get my truck back to where it was before and the didn't. In the way I was spoken to this dealership is a group of racists xxxxxxxx!

The best experience with a dealership ever!!!!!!

This is the best dealership we have ever dealt with. Everyone was so nice patient and respectful. They did everything in their power to make sure we drove away in a new car. We will be back for future purchases. We will never go to another dealer. Pure country is the only way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
