Excellent customer service from beginning to end.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I cannot recommend Joshua Musselman enough as he treats you like family. My previous car was totaled and the support I was given was hands down the best! They provided a loaner the entire time and gave me grace and patience while I decided what I wanted. They worked around my schedule and never treated me as a number. Sales Manager Greg Becker and Salesman Josh Musselman did EVERYTHING! Thank you for the amazing customer service!!!

Betten & Baker-Cadillac, MI Staff in service very attentive to repairs needs, scheduling willing to give veterans discounts and keep pricing as reasonable as possible. They keep records, honor rebates & warranties on work. The sales department is committed to giving every rebate, discount GM Family First pricing. The clerical staff is professional and helpful. The Wait times are reasonable. The lounge area is kept clean and comfortable.

I drove from Traverse City to Betten Baker to give my

I drove from Traverse City to Betten Baker to give my cousin from downstate my opinion in the used auto she was interested in. I can honestly say it was one of the most enjoyable experience my cousin and I have had in purchasing anything. Cam delivered the car and also set up an appointment near where my cousin lives to have a rear view camera installed. For the very very few 1 star reviews I can only assume that there was a communication issue. You don't have by far almost all 5 star reviews for no reason. Final note. I rented a stand alone building for 28 years. My lease consisted of a hand shake, old school honesty and integrity on both parties.I made my entire Fine Jewelry all by hand. 6 years ago I relocated 4 hours North of my business. 90% of my sales are still from downstate for a reason. Always try to work out issues and be upfront with you concerns.it's worth it when working with a fine establishment like Betten Baker Chevrolet. They earned it.

Your Service tech FINALLY figured out with the mechanic

Your Service tech FINALLY figured out with the mechanic there & help quickly solve my problem I’ve had for a VERY VERY LONG TIME ON THIS VAN (33 months) and rectified it finally with a new dash cluster unit… It Now WORKS!!! Finally At Night for dash lights to be on the entire dash unit!!!! ! So TYVM for the GREAT SERVICE at Betten Baker!! Finally I’m a totally Satisfied Customer after many attempts to rectify this problem there- they stayed on it and rectified it too!!! . Jack Rabun Cadillac MI.
