I purchased a vehicle under the description of 9,900 dollars I put a 5,000 dollar deposit and I wanted to finance the remaining balance somehow the price jumped to 15,000 now this is definitely a case of false advertising which I'm sure is illegal

Stay away. They’re shysters
This place is a scam. Do not trust these guys. They are shysters. They sold us a vehicle they knew we needed desperately for work. We are a growing family and needed a car. They sold us a vehicle that was not Inspected, and it will not pass inspection or emission. They knew it. They purposely made the check engine light disappear to make the sale. They have you sign an “as is” clause so we’re screwed. They do not Conduct business in good faith and completely took advantage of us.

The worst dealership avoid keep driving!
Bought a car from this dealership and on the drive the repair light came on. They took it back to check it but cleared it. The light came on again now has to go to the shop. My family is without a car now and they don’t have rentals or even pay for the rental since they sold you car damaged. Did you also know you should get your car washed before taking it home? The FLOOR WAD SOAKED picked up the mat and it was dripping. My bags were all soaked my handbag destroyed. They have horrible customer service and seem to busy and there is more important things then helping the customers. If mobile phones could be put down to help customer that would help a lot. I also asked them to just push in the fender alittle and I got told “ah we’ll see what we can do we aren’t a body shop”

Never will buy here. Offer things that are untrue. Just not the way to do business. Read the other reviews and make an educated decision.

DO NOT buy a car from here!!
Please do not buy a car from this Dealership!! My 18 year old son wanted a car and found it online, we called the Dealership and was told by Patrick the car comes with a 3 month unlimited mileage warranty. My son and a friend went to go pick up the car and was told to sign all the paperwork which he did, when he arrived home I noticed they had him sign the warranty paper that had the box checked No Warranty Sold as is, when I called Patrick he said they check that box because they do not have a garage on their property but have your mechanic inspect car and if there’s anything wrong it will be taken care of. There were multiple things wrong with the car that Patrick told me was clean and in great mechanical condition! First check engine light came on when you turned off traction control, oil leak which ruined the engine then when I called them and told them what was wrong they told me there was No Warranty! You really think I would buy a car for $14,800.00 if they told me there was no Warranty!?! Please read all the reviews they are Scammers!! Now I have to spend an additional $7000.00 to have a new engine put in and fix all the other issues and more money for legal action because they took advantage of an 18 year old!!

We had a great experience.
We read negative reviews. We were very happy with B & D Autos. No issues. Nice selection of used cars. Stop in and check them out. Ask for Pat.

Worst dealership ever!
Worst dealership ever. Just spent 16,000 cash on a Jaguar XF and not even a month later the engine went. They won’t help me repair!

Buyer Beware
Called twice this week to confirm the cash price. Specifically asked the salesperson today to confirm the cash price after reading the other review about prices being higher that what’s listed on this website. I even told the salesperson I was taking a train from Center City Philadelphia to come see the car and didn’t want to waste my time if the advertised price wasn’t accurate. Want to guess what happened when I arrived tonight after taking the train? You guessed it. The price was $1,000 higher than their listing. The GM explained to me it was a glitch with the website and they have been trying to get it fixed for days. He kept focusing on blaming the website (which may be true) but it makes no sense that the salesperson comfirmed the price was correct just a few hours earlier. I am very suspect of this place and their selling practices. They updated the web price a few minutes after I left so I guess it wasn’t that hard to get corrected to after all.
