Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. I was dismissed and disrespected. I went with my husband to look at a particular truck. I told them once, and my husband told them multiple times that I was looking for a truck. That only my name would be on title and loan. They continued to dismiss me and wouldn't even acknowledge me. This was from our sales guy, Chris Cantrell, the sales manager, and the finance guy. I loved the truck, so I proceeded. Brought it home on Saturday, May 10th. Left it at home Sunday while out with family for Mother's Day. Monday driving to work, it went into limp mode. Multiple sensor lights popped up. I contacted the dealership. They acted concerned, up until I realized that at bare minimum, throttle body needs replaced as well as some sensors. Dealership hardly will respond. Go somewhere else, this place is not worth it and the people are ridiculous.

made an appointment to have our EDGE serviced.

made an appointment to have our EDGE serviced.......we met with Matt who advised us it would take several days before the car could be serviced. The very next day we received a call from him to bring the car back....he arranged for a rental and the service began.....tire rotation and balance issues were addressed and corrected....GPS computer monitoring was completed....Matt treated us like family and made certain everything was working properly for our "long drive to New York." ... .he painstakingly synced our phones to the cars GPS and made sure everything was PERFECT before we left the lot...we are so appreciative of Matt's expertise and customer service!

After so many negative experiences at other dealerships,

After so many negative experiences at other dealerships, I went to Fowler Ford for my new Escape. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Jay Marcaruso was an excellent salesman. He helped me get into the car I wanted and the process was super smooth. All I had to do was test drive my Escape and sign the paperwork when I got to the dealership. Joey Marcaruso explained all the financing in great detail and helped me get the best deal I could get with my current situation. If you're in need of a new car, go see Jay at Fowler Ford.

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. Fowler Ford's service department and technicians are complete idiots and crooks. Drove my car to the dealership and they had it for weeks replace the TCM under warranty and a shift actuator that I paid for which they tried to charge me over 160 bucks to replace which was only four bolts and one plug just for me to have to tow my car home and upon further inspection they broke the connectors going to the TCM so they were barely hanging on and when they fell out and I plugged them back in now I have no communication to my TCM. So thank you very much Fowler Ford you pieces of crap. We'll be taking my car back to aamco from now on. Had work done there twice and never had a single problem. So much for Ford mechanics actually knowing how to work on freaking Fords.
