I bring my car to Honda of Olathe as that is where I

I bring my car to Honda of Olathe as that is where I purchased it. I just called to ask to walk-in for a tire pressure check as the low tire pressure light is on. I was told not taking any walk-ins today. This is why I bring it to you to get above and beyond service not to be told we cannot check a simple thing as tire pressure. Really going to reconsider spending the extra money to come to you for service.

The people seemed to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for. Only complaint I have is that the financing took many hours. I was looking for a Buick Encore and found out that the original Buick encore that I was looking for had a service engine soon light on. The sales person was able to point me to another Buick encore that I was able to test drive and absolutely loved it.

I honestly don’t recommend the place to go.

I honestly don’t recommend the place to go. I went there for battery issue and suggested to take an appointment. If I would know that the battery is going to go bad in a week then I would surely take an appointment. When I asked to fix parts near battery which is next to battery, I was told to wait for an hour since They took me in for this issue. Really poor service and the lady who was installing battery did not have enough knowledge how to fix it. She installed battery with higher torque gun to tight nuts over battery. Very rude customer service team instead of showing cooperation to customer. They were not able to make customer happy at all. Really poor service I don’t suggest to go there again.

Honestly Ryan, you were not really helpful and dealership has charged good amount of money to install battery and it was not professional(satisfied) battery install. Well, I could have done batter job than that. Anyways, when I asked for anti-corrosion material, they applied the spray. But before that, they just install the battery and did not do anything. What about those customer, who doesn't ask, they don't get applied that kind of anti-corrosion applied to the battery at the time of battery install? Also one of plastic lock was missing, when I asked, they installed it later on. Am I right? As per conversation done 1:1 with you, did you check cameras to find out what happen, why those plastic lock broke? Instead I could have get help from Shawn directly. He was helpful in this whole issue and answer any question, except delaying the whole process.

Love my CRV

I purchased my CRV from Jacob who was polite, professional and patient as he walked us through purchasing a car when there weren't any to test drive. After selling my 2007 outright I didn't realize the challenge it would be to purchase a new car. Honda of Olathe doesn't upcharge over the MSRP like other dealerships do so I respect that (even though I was used to getting a discount buying a new car later in the season) or purchasing cash. They have my loyalty as does Jacob.

I sent my husband with a list of items I wanted in an Odyssey. Even with short inventory going on, they were able to find him something that met everything on my and his list of MUST haves. They were NOT naggy, their building was beautiful and a place you wanted to hangout in during regular scheduled maintenance.

Alex in service went beyond expectations to assist me in

Alex in service went beyond expectations to assist me in having my car serviced. The scheduled maintenance for my car should have taken 2 hours. I shared with him my concern of being with others in the waiting room as I am in the midst of chemo treatments. He offered me an alternative place to wait away from the crowds and had my car serviced in record time! Thank you Alex and Honda of Olathe!
