Very good customer service. Dropped off my vehicle and was shuttled to work without delay. My vehicle wasn’t completed in one day and a loaner was offered without hesitation. Work was completed to satisfaction.

Responsive service. Good advice given. Vehical dropped off without appt. Service scheduled,diagnosed,part ordered,fixed next day. Regular communication from what was broken. When part was expected, approx cost. End cost was less than estimate

Had oil change & tire rotation done. Estimated time was an hour which was exactly right. I have always had positive experiences with the service department @ McGovern’s.
