Completely Dissatisfied

If I could give less than a one star review, I would. The vehicle had damage on the front bumper prior to me arriving to physically look at it. The front bumper was fixed when I arrived; however, the color did match the rest of the vehicle. I live over two hours away and the solution to issue was not adequate. The Sales Manager then said, "it is what is is." So much for quality customer service that want to sell a quality vehicle with profession standards. Fortunately, the salesman was great and was completely professional during the process, and helped as best as he could, but he was not the final decision-maker.

I was in having my car detailed through Smails's Auto Butler System. Any other time I have my car serviced I have been extremely satisfied. From the service manager, John to the quality of work done I have never had a complaint.

My recent experience with Smail Mazda

I Just had my recently purchased (June) Miata in for it's 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation. When I got it home I found that I had an oil leak. I called the service advisor (John Beirne) and he told me to bring it back and that he would expedite the required repair. As it turned out, " The crush washer on the drain plug was not properly installed". John was great, he got me in and out quickly with an apology and a certificate for a free 10000 mile service. Many thanks to John. I really, really like my Miata.
