Took my 2018 challenger in for oil change and tire rotation for the first time where I purchased it. You would think a dealership should be top notch above any other service shop. Not Edwards in C.B. Iowa. For a 140.00 dollars you can’t even get a car wash offered as part of the service you asked for done . They say they check fluids etc. B.S. Walmart does better service than they offer cheaper too. Never Again!

They lie cheat steal scam and are overall a terrible company. They refuse to make anything right and sell junk!!! BUYER BEWARE they add thousands of dollars behind your back and change prices after you sign papers!

Only gave 1 star because you have to. This place is a scam, they lie cheat and steal! Had a vehicle marked at 20k give me 7K for trade in got no extra warranties or anything and papers stated amount owed but after signing they changed the price and now we owe 32k THIS IS ILLEGAL! I will never recommend them to anyone

Excellent service on my 2022 Cummins. They are good people and get me in within a couple days. New trucks these days have constant recalls and they keep me informed.

We bought our new Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Edwards and have been really pleased with how we have been treated in the sales and service department. We just had our first service and Bryan in the service department was great to work with and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before we left. Would highly recommend checking them out if looking for a new or used vehicle.

Salesman were very helpful & courteous. Sales manager easy to work with. Detailing of new Jeep prior to delivery was awful. After a couple of attempts to re-clean it I finally just took it as is. Had a deep scratch on roof so still waiting for someone to follow up on that as I was told they would do 2 days ago.

On a scale of one to ten, with ten being the absolute best experience. I would have to give the entire team a ten. The team worked with me closely and got me exactly what I needed. Thanks for the time and service.
