Very satisfied

Great experience would like to keep doing business for years to come. I have not been able to lease at any dealership more then once I hope I can change that at Ricarts.

They were very helpful and made sure I got the best deal....

They were very helpful and made sure I got the best deal. I definitely, walked out the dealership satisfied. And I wanna thank Kori Saunders so much if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be driving in my new 2021 Nissian. He was excellent.

Once you buy your car you are no longer a valued...

Once you buy your car you are no longer a valued customer. They made an error with the title paperwork and trying to get it resolved has been a nightmare. New car is currently sitting in the garage with an expired temp tag and no way to register it until they fix the paperwork. Reaching management is nearly impossible and phone calls are not returned.

Wes was wonderful. He worked with my through phone calls...

Wes was wonderful. He worked with my through phone calls and texts. He was not pushy and made me feel comfortable. I bought a Nissan rouge and he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions I had. I would recommend this dealer and Wes to everyone.

Case and Aaron were great staff to work with. It was a very pleasant experience. We were able to get everything taken care of on day one and leave with a new vehicle. Would highly recommend to all my family and friends.

The sales people made what has in the past been for me a dreaded experience be pleasant. It took around four hours, but we accomplished what we had set out to do which was trade in our vehicle and get a new one.

Great Experience Great customer service!

As always Ricart provides the best customer service of any dealerships I have frequented. I’ve experienced two others that were not even close to Ricarts service. . One left us standing in lobby for half an hour while they all laughed and joked around playing on their phones. The other sold substandard vehicles dishonestly with a smile. I can’t rave enough about Ricarts care, attention and the ease of which they have made my experiences. TY Ricart for a pleasurable appreciated standard of quality service! Both these other dealerships were nearby and Ricart has left them in the dust!
