Drove 1.5hrs last Thursday to look at a van they had on the lot. We went home to take measurements because we wanted to be sure everything we wanted in a future motor home would fit. Called Dmitriy back Saturday to tell him we were interested and would like to make a deposit, he said we couldn't over the phone and made an appointment to work everything out on Monday morning. Again, we drove 1.5hrs only to have the van sold to a couple sitting in the office in front of us!!! Very disappointed and never reccomd Jersey Car Direct to anyone!!!

Well the first thing is I drove in from New York Suffolk County Long Island. The people are very helpful polite I’m very accommodating

Horrible experience. Not professional in any form. Hiding fee that was not declared, price change before I got to their office. My precious time was wasted for the whole day without Achieving my purpose of flying down to them for the purchase. Mileage posted is different from what carfax declared. Look elsewhere, these people are useless. Worst experience ever !!
