I purchased a car from here on 12/27/19. The only positive outcome of my experience is the car I chose to purchase. The test drive was great but it all... went down hill when it came time to discuss numbers. I was already pre-approved by my credit union so the only thing left to do was to negotiate a decent price. The salesman came back with a price that was $11,000 more than what was posted online and not to mention they tried to sneak in their $588 “doc fee” twice. They also offered me the lowest trade in value possible for the car I was getting rid of. During this whole negotiation process, I was promised (verbally and on paper) that they would order a 2nd key and also replace a part on the car. The salesman assured me that they would have everything arranged that following week but here we are 3 weeks later and I haven’t heard a thing from anyone at Nissan. Long story short, this is just your typical dealership who tries to get over on you and fails to follow up with anything after they get their check. Overall I had a negative experience and would not do business there in the future.

8am appointment day after Xmas, Tracy was my service advisor, got me in and out in < 40 minutes. Easy check in process, nice waiting area and service... was smooth and efficient.
Everyone was awesome. Traci my service rep is awesome. I would recommend the service department and dealership. Heather was great getting me into an loaner.... The GM is great. The sales people was pleasant. I will continue to take my car un and will purchase my next vehicle there.
Always. Friendly. Doesn’t try to push unnecessary repairs on you. Understands when you want to wait til another service for some items or that you can... do them yourself like flyers
Hello Mr. Zambrano, On Thursday, I scheduled an 11am appointment to have my car serviced. Upon my arrival at 10:50am, I received a very warm welcome from... Mr. Karl Small. He was very cordial and most professional. I wanted an oil change and my tires rotated along with having my Sentra checked out (I just purchased it in May). He made me feel like a VIP! Lol! I told him that I didn't want to drive all the way to the Nissan dealership on Independence Blvd. since I lived in Chester, SC. He took excellent care of me! I'm a Rock Hill Nissan customer for life.
