I went in to see salesman about a vehicle we talked

I went in to see salesman about a vehicle we talked about. He wasn't there but another person showed me the vehicle and I test drove it. The salesman never called me back after he was informed I had been in. I waited and couple of days later it was posted sold. Yes I could have kept reaching out but I wasn't going to chase someone down to take my money!

Initial response was prompt.

Initial response was prompt. I requested a detailed price quote. Sadly it took well over a day for any reply and then more time to get the requested quote. There were about $2000 in add ons above the advertised price.

Rock Hill Nissan is a joke!

Rock Hill Nissan is a joke!! Bought a vehicle from them it has been in the shop 5 times in 2 years with major issues. Now stranded in WV with my kids. Tried to contact dealership and got disconnected 6 times. Left message for dealership manager and hasn’t received a call back. Was transferred to multiple people and each time was disconnected. We bought the extended warranty and have had multiple issues with that. The warranty was suppose to cover the last problem but they said the labor was going to take longer than what the warranty would cover so we end up paying over $500 in labor cost. Caught a ride back to SC and planning on going to dealership tomorrow since no one will answer or give me a call back. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and don’t get me started on the customer service of the service department and dealership!!! We have owned many vehicles and never had this many issues out of a dealership.

Worst customer service!!! Had my car in the shop 5 times in 2 years with major issues!!! Bought the extended warranty and the dealership always wants to charge more than warranty allows in labor. Called today because we have been stranded in WV since Saturday and was disconnected 6 times and told once I would receive a call back from the GM and it never happened. My kids have finals this week so we had to get family to drive us back and leave the vehicle in WV until we can come to the dealership to get answers about where we can take it so it will be covered.

Trent Jones I would’ve loved to work with you about

Trent Jones I would’ve loved to work with you about buying a different car I wasn’t set on that 2018 Camry. I have 20k in cash plus a trade in. Don’t work with him it’s all good while they have the car but he ignored my calls and texts when they sold the car. so I had to call the dealership to get the simple question of “did you sell the car” answered by someone else before driving 2 hours. Go somewhere else don’t waste your time with this dealership.

Very poor communication.

Very poor communication. Had to call dealership on multiple occasions to find out status of loan process. Salesman Tony L. Would not return my calls. The dealership has misleading advertising and will try and convince you they are going to make you a over the top . Was told on at least two occasions that Salesman Tony was off when he would call back a few hours later. Waited two days, then sales manager said he would work on the deal himself , never to call me back either. Very poor management and even worse communication skills. Would not recommend buying a mouse trap from this dealership. Total Smoke and Mirrors dealership. Stay away from this deceptive practices of this dealership.

Excellent communication and prompt answers to all

Excellent communication and prompt answers to all questions. Linda went above and beyond. There was no sense of pressure or being rushed. When I had questions even after the sale was completed, Linda returned my calls promptly and researched the information that I needed. Highly pleased with the dealership and the car we purchased.
