- Hard to get a reply from them as they first make you email with their AI service. - Once I got a human, they didn’t follow the vehicle needs I outlined in my email - Omce we finally honed in on a vehicle option, THEN I was told it was a LEMON vehicle (not shown in the vehicle write up and they don’t offer CarFax or Autocheck history for this reason).

inquired about Porsche Taycan. Got immediate responses via email and text. I made further inquiry and never received response nor acknowledgment nor ability to contact Drive A Dream. Seems like a scam posting.

I had been in the process of buying a used Tesla directly through Tesla, and it was honestly a terrible experience. They refused to work with my bank because they wanted everything handled electronically with no paper process whatsoever. After a week and a half of going back and forth and trying to get them to work with us, I ended up losing my deposit and potentially my transportation fee as well. It was frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. Thankfully, I found the exact Tesla Model X my wife and I were looking for at Drive A Dream in Marietta, Georgia. That is when I connected with Ameer Deep, and the entire experience changed for the better. Ameer made the process seamless. On Friday, he worked directly with me and my bank to get everything handled, and I was able to drive two hours and pick up the car on Saturday. It was absolutely worth the trip. What really stood out was Ameer’s professionalism and attention to detail. The vehicle had a couple of small paint chips that I had not even noticed, and he made sure his team touched them up before I took delivery without me ever having to ask. He also noticed the car was missing floor mats and ordered them for me without me asking about that either. Ameer Deep is one of the most squared-away individuals I have ever dealt with in a car purchase. He was honest, proactive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. After my experience, I would strongly recommend working with Drive A Dream, and especially Ameer. Based on what I went through, I would not recommend buying directly from Tesla unless you are paying cash, and even then I would think twice. Working with Ameer at Drive A Dream was a far better experience in every way.
