Bought a van from them and was told by Zack that it was in a accident that only did minor undercarriage damage and that the insurance company totaled it cause of Covid and no adjusters to access the damage or shops open to fix it . Now several months after I bought it I called the original owner and was told that the van was totally damaged all over and to top it off my mechanic showed me why the A/C wasn’t working cause the line had a kink and a hole in it that you could clearly see that they tried to straighten out with a pair of pliers. Save yourself a lot of trouble and either shop somewhere else or bring a mechanic to check out really well. Their nice building at the lot fools you to think they are good people but I was really fooled



Worst place ever to buy a car! Bought a 2017 journey from here for way to much, way more than the kbb was for the xxxx thing. Now the car has 82k miles on it and the transmission is completely shot in the car! They do not care about you they only want your money and ask way to much for there junk! I asked for the car fax several times was told it’s a year old nothings wrong with it but I will get it for you, NEVER SAW IT! I just paid for it turns out a year after the xxxx thing was bought brand new it was in a accident not for minor damage either and you can clearly tell the radiator has leaked since we got it, and the bumper is all xxxxed up! This place is the biggest joke ever, please save your sell the money, time and hassle

Hello Jessica, we spoke earlier and I mentioned that your 3 year or 50,000 mile warranty had expired due to you putting 55,000 miles on the car. I also see that the factory warranty has expired as well but we will still definitely help you out as best as we can as mentioned earlier on our phone conversation. Give us the chance to at least help you out before you assume we are a bad dealer. We have been in business for over 20 years at this location and there has never been an incident where we didn't attempt to at least help a customer out in any way. Great cars, great deals , but most important a very professional and relaxed deal process. In and out in about an hour. Very honest about the car.


Very Friendly

Went in to purchase a used vehicle. Jose was very friendly and accommodating. There are a few items to repair on the car which they are ordering parts for as well as a missing car manual. If all goes well with those items coming in it will have been a great experience and worth the drive to meet Jose. Super friendly and helpful salesman.
