This is my very first car ever.All I has do was describe the kind of car I wanted and my price limits.And everything went more than I expected. Chip and recalls

I have waited 8 months to get the chip for the heated seats. I think this is very poor service, especially when I purchased the vehicle, I was NOT told about this. Therefore because of many cold days in Chicago, I think I should be compensated for the inconvenience. Maybe a free oil change or so?? Robert as my service man was awesome by the way!

WAYNE IS AWESOME!!

Wayne has helped my family the last few days look for a vehicle that would both keep us safe on the road and fit in our budget! Now I know we might have ran that man crazy, but he stayed patient 100% of the time and actually took the time to listen to all of our questions and concerns! I really appreciate him taking as much time as he did to work with us! It took a few options to look at and a few days to really find something my dad felt comfortable putting his family in but Wayne did his best and was able to find a vehicle just right for us! After going to multiple dealerships prior to this location he has showed an enormous amount of professionalism and respect towards his customers and that’s what made us come here multiple times! The welcoming atmosphere! Now on the flip side when it came down to the paperwork, Wayne had passed us onto a lady named Tina I believe, and as she was discussing a few things with my Dad I felt that she wasn’t as friendly due to her tone of voice and body language. I understand if someone is having a rough day that it might affect someone’s job performance, but I feel she was kind of hostile and I didn’t appreciate how she talked over my dad instead of listening to his questions and concerns. Other than this encounter our experience was GREAT!! Definitely would recommend this dealership!

Fast, courteous service

I was surprised to discover that they had a courtesy shuttle that dropped me off at my job after I dropped my car off for repairs at their dealership. They were all very polite and professional. They also had my car repaired within 24 hours, which was really fantastic (Mike Anderson Chevy told me they would have to keep It for 4 or 5 days before they could even LOOK at it.) The only thing I didn’t like was that they had me standing at the counter for 15-20 minutes while they prepared the paperwork when I dropped off my car. I’m 63 with a bad knee, and can’t stand in one place for long periods of time. They should have at least ONE stool at each counter for their older customers.

I got my car here, Carlos helped me and is such a cool dude. Very knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy and so helpful. I recommend going with him. Fast service was in and out, not there all day like other dealers. Thank you to the whole team I got my dream car and price was just right. Very happy with my NEWWW CARR !!!
