I purchased a vehicle across the state and it was a very easy process. I was able to speak to several associates about the vehicle and pricing with no suprises.

It’s easy to dole out a great review when everything goes as expected, as planned, per routine, another transaction by the book. But what happens if the hurdle comes up, a problem with the shipper, any other unexpected challenge? this is the real test of an individual and an organization, and what separates one from another. There was not a single message that Joe did not return, and there was not a single update that he failed to delivery timely. Heck, Joe would return my call even if I didn’t leave a message. Joe proved himself resourceful, thoughtful, ever positive, accountable, and consistent even when working through a challenge outside of of his control, not to mention putting up with my grinding with calm and understanding. This is the kind of person, and team, that everyone wants and deserves when making a major purchase, but is so hard to find. The majority of my contact was with Joe Mac and Joe Sobzcak, but this same sentiment, same experience, goes for Bud Hawkins, hands down the best, confidence inspiring, experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. cheers.

The experience I had purchasing the vehicle from initial contact with Mike Donavan, to discussing options with Bud, then my initial visit with Arnis, to wrapping up the closing with Joseph Sobczak, was all just a smooth operation with a tight knit team that treat you like family. These guys really know what they are doing, are organized, and have a sense for their customers needs and desires, all while keeping the customers budget in mind while NOT making you feel inferior if you aren’t buying an $100k RangeRover. Not that I don’t plan on doing that one day though! This team also gives you a feeling that they actually do care about the customer. Next time I am in the market to buy a vehicle, I will be seeking a Crown dealer, and potentially this exact St. Pete location, but only if these same folks are running it?!?! Buying a car at Crown Jaguar was a no pressure, very attentive and thorough process. Everybody I came in contact with was interested in finding me the car that was going to make me the happiest and they went to great efforts to find it. I now have a gorgeous 2019 red jaguar convertible that I absolutely love! I have already recommended the dealership to a close friend who will be going in this week. Michal, the GM, Deanna the salesperson and Jeff, another Mgr were wonderful to deal with.

Joe is personable and knowledgeble. I REALLY enjoyed working with him and I think he’s destined to be the GM of this org -after Michal moves up, of course. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in a dealership. Go Joe!
