Within a couple of hours of contacting Arnis yesterday over text I had a deposit on a F type S the same day. He went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and I was happy with the deal especially after having a bad experience with another dealership. Arnis came in to the dealership on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly with the transaction! He definitely made the Jaguar lease process a breeze. Crown had a very specific car I was interested in (2016 F-Type S manual) listed online at their dealership. I live in South Carolina, so needless to say I was unable to see the vehicle prior to the day I went to purchase it. I called the dealership to ask about the car, and they put me in contact with Bud Hawkins. Bud was extremely up front and honest the entire way through the car buying process. There were no gimmicks or playing games with numbers on the car. He kept me informed the whole way through of what he needed from me as a buyer, and offered to go above and beyond as a seller. On the day of arrival Bud picked me up from the airport, and was extremely friendly and courteous the whole way through. Last but not least, Bud had great knowledge of the car that I was buying and was able to give details about anything I wanted to know. All of this made for a great buying experience, and made me confident I was making the right choice despite buying online from another state. I would highly recommend Crown, as well as Bud Hawkins.

There's always some trepidation about buying a vehicle sight unseen - this was an internet purchase. Buying my 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Final Edition from Crown Jaguar was nothing but a pleasure. Bill Martin (sales guy) was attentive, easy to deal with and went out of his way to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the service they provided. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend the dealership to anyone else.

I had another great sales experience with Jaguar. I truly appreciate the one of a kind service from Arniz and Tristan. Tristan did an excellent job guiding me through and setting up the technical features in my car. Service was quick, thorough and I had no question unanswered. I feel like a pro with my new Jag!

Purchased a car from here and Bill Martin, the salesman was excellent. The service department does decent but the dealership lacks the charm expected from a high end dealership. They could leRn a few things from Lexus of Clearwater. Like if you need a loaner car, have a luxury loaner availabile . Do not send the customer to Enterprise and have the customer pay for a rental car. Build a nice service area lounge for customers and the service team.

We were lucky to meet Matt Taneja on our visit to Crown Jaguar. He did an excellent job for us in the purchase of our car. It was an excellent experience and highly recommend Matt.

I appreciated Matthew Taneja who assisted me and the manager who rendered quick decisions. I had a price in mind when I went in and I normally will wait and think it over if that price is not available. Since they were straightforward and quick to respond I went up from what I had in mind and I think we met at a fair retail transaction. Mr. Taneja is personable and enthusiastic. They were very good to deal with.
