I was looking for a new truck and found a 2012 Chevy Silverado with just under 93k miles. I bought this truck back in Sept 2021 and the buying experience was the quickest, most painless experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Adam and Glenn weren't pushy and very open about everything. I have had ZERO issues and the truck is still running like it's brand new. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

Bought a 2016 Chevy camaro ss, sounds awesome right? Well roughly 300 miles into owning it we are hearing a rubbing sound coming from the rear differential. Took it to a different place to be serviced and recommended rear diff oil change, that’s fine. WelL short of it is we’re still hearing this rubbing when turning left or right and it’s way louder when cold, kroll was contacted and they did say to bring it to them which is fine, but that was a waste of time got no where with that. We definitely aren’t nitpicking everything we didn’t like but just the main point. Ps if you ever plan to buy a sports car that’s almost worth 40k have EVERYTHING checked over twice, oh and can’t forget “fun cars” don’t get any warranty here so don’t expect much even though they said it would come with, but we feel being young they little warranty went out the window! Atleast we got aftermarket warranty! Seems we’re going to need it a lot with this purchase already had to use it on a leaky hydraulic tensioner.our business will never be back to roll with kroll.

Horrible experience. Test drove a 2012 Prius C, we noticed the AC wasn’t blowing cold air or dehumidifying there cabin. Let them know the AC wasn’t working and denied that it was broken. Wouldn’t even go out to see for themselves. Ignorant. Be careful when buying cars! Stay safe

Adam and Glenn are great to deal with. No pressure to buy. Test drove the vehicle I was looking for within 5 mins of being on the lot and had paper work done shortly after. Took less than an hour and I got a great deal on a 1 owner low mileage Ford Fusion. Sending anyone I know to Kroll Auto. Never had an easier more up front buying experience.
