Good afternoon, I wanted to share some feedback
Good afternoon, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. The person who assisted me was rather short with me after I explained that I wasn?t able to change my tire upon arrival. When I asked if a loaner vehicle was available since I had meetings scheduled throughout the day, she said no. I then requested an Uber, and while one was provided, it was sent as an economy ride that took a very long route to get me to work. Later, when I checked the app for repair updates, I also sent a text to the advisor confirming that I did not wish to proceed with any additional services other than the oil change and the recalls she mentioned. I asked if my car would be ready before 5 PM, and she said yes; however, I had to follow up again, as she did not provide any updates on whether the recalls were completed. She mentioned she wasn?t sure if everything could be done by that time. I usually have a great experience with this dealership, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet those standards. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
