Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Broken

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Broken Promises We purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra from this dealership on February 21, 2025, and have been extremely patient throughout this frustrating experience. For over two months, we repeatedly called trying to get in touch with a GM regarding our missing paperwork and second key. Despite numerous attempts, no one ever followed up—until we finally contacted the corporate office. Only then did we receive a call back from someone at Autoworld, promising to send both the paperwork and second key. To this day, the only paperwork we’ve received is the contract. I specifically requested copies of everything I signed the day the truck was delivered, and I still don’t have those documents. As for the second key, we did receive it—weeks later—but it arrived unprogrammed. Once again, we reached out to the GM for help with programming it, and again, he has failed to follow through. To make matters worse, during this time we referred two people who purchased vehicles from them. We were promised a referral check and a gas card as a thank-you for helping them make those sales—yet we’ve received nothing. That’s not the main issue, but if you say you’ll do something, you should follow through. Your word matters, and right now, it means nothing. We regret ever doing business with this dealership and certainly won’t be recommending them again. Their lack of communication, broken promises, and poor customer service have made this experience feel like dealing with a shady “buy here, pay here” lot. We held up our end of the deal by purchasing the vehicle and paying promptly—it’s time they do the same.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

They do not even deserve 1 star. The fact that they are still in business is beyond me. I bought a car from them and within a year it needed a new transmission. It took them 3 months to replace it. Fast forward a year later and my car ended up back in there with "transmission issues" and all the codes when they hooked it up said transmission or at least that is what we were told the first two months they had it. All of the sudden after they tried two different transmissions (which was going to be covered under warranty since obviously the first transmission they put in a year ago was faulty) THEY TELL US HEY NOPE not the transmission its the transfer case we need 3400$ from you. We talked to several people all with different stories. We were accused of lying and no one could tell us the same answer as to what was wrong with my car. We dropped it off December 5 2022!! We finally went and picked it up yesterday to take somewhere else because we do not trust them to fix it and when we showed up my car had hail damage! THEY NEVER called to tell us it was damaged in the storm. And when we asked them about it they said NOPE it is your responsibility to contact your insurance we cannot do anything about it. COMPLETE TRASH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bad service!

Lack of concern for what I asked for, when I got my car home it leaked oil all over the garage floor! I would not recommend anyone to go here!

Salesperson Chadwick Ford literally called and argued with the head of loans at my bank that she didn't NEED a bookout sheet... that his wife does it all the time without it.. then told her she didn't know her job and was an idiot. This woman has been working at the bank over 28 years. He aised the base price listed by $2000 and tried to say it updated the price literally in the middle of the sale. Then he calls me back to tell me my bank lady is an idiot and treated him like a xxxxxx. My grandson is special needs... I'm the last person to talk to like that. I ended the sale immediately and for the life of me can't reach anyone in corporate. Imagine that.

Driving out with a new vehicle unexpectedly

We were not looking for a new truck but when our old truck had a problem we asked what they could do for us if we traded in for a new truck Well guess what!! They gave us a great trade in and a good price for the new truck!! Our salesman(Kevin Waldrum) worked wonders The team transferred our tool box to the new truck in no time at all We will look forward to doing business with them again.

Breaking Texas Law

Bought a new chevy cruze on July 11,2018 it's now August 5, 2018 my trade in still hasn't been paid off and it's now affected my credit scores one dropped 103 points and the other dropped 141 points. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase a car from here I'd tell you to go to a tote the note lot first. Just for anyones info a dealership has 25 days to pay off your trade in by Texas law.

Great Experience!

Contacted Jennifer Harvell about a 2017 Chevrolet Spark that was on cars.com. she confirmed the price and we did everything over the phone/email. I was there about 30 minutes and I was gone! Great deal and experience!
