The process and vehicle so far seem smooth. Derrek was awesome to deal with and has great conversation. My only issue with the interaction was the forcefulness and relentless nagging to leave a review. Before I picked up the vehicle and the papers were all signed, I was pressured to fill out a paper review. I did that, they also wanted me to leave a google review. I had not even received the vehicle yet. Then I went to pick it up, once again pressured to leave a review. Keep in mind the process is not complete yet as I've not driven the vehicle outside of the test drive and they still had to take care of the registration process. During the next few days I continued to get texts pressuring me to leave a review. Finally I get the plates, that day, I'm texted to leave a review. Keep in mind I still need to get the vehicle inspected. I ignored that, the following morning, an email, once again pressuring for my review. Well, here it is now. At this point I still have no idea if the vehicle will pass state inspection but just to get them to stop harassing me to leave a review, I'm here now leaving a review. My review would have been much higher, had they left me to leave it on my own terms but after relentless pressure, I will leave a premature review. Keep in mind when reading any review here on this dealership that many of the reviews are placed before the vehicle is delivered and I will assume almost all are put in before the migration to the new vehicle is 100% complete. The people seems nice, the vehicles for the most part seem nice but if you do not leave a review immediately, you will be hounded for it by every contact method you've supplied them with. Please make sure you read review on other sites. This dealership has many bad BBB reviews and also is not a good place. Since calling them about the vehicle having issues they've completely ignored all calls, texts and other means of me reaching out. The vehicle is not safe for the road and they're not helping at all. First time it's rained out since I bought the vehicle. Half the ceiling is wet and most of the interior is wet. Looks like the sunroof leaks badly. When you hit a bad pothole the check engine light comes on and you must pull over, shut the vehicle off and then restart it or every light on the dash is lit up and the vehicle is in limp mode. No maintenance was done on the vehicle either. Spark plugs should have been changed 6,000 miles ago, fuel filter was 7 years old and the air filter box had no screws in it so the engine had been xxxxxxx up any debris that was airborne. One of the headlights has a seal issue, rather than replacing the headlight, they just drilled a hole in it. Now moisture will get in whenever you drive in the rain, blowing the headlights on that side.

I bought my 21 ram 1500 from pat farmer and he was great. Extremely knowledgeable about the trucks on the lot and the options they have. I was really picky and wanted to see a lot of trucks and he had no problem walking me through each one. As far as used trucks go BidCars Boston has the cleanest vehicles at great prices. Don’t forget to ask for pat when you go.

Beyond Disappointed! I would give zero stars if i could! Found a car listed on their website. Turns out they couldn’t sell as they didn’t have the title. Expressed to Manny wanting to purchase as soon as title came in. Offered to put $ down until I could get there as i live over 4 hours away. Was told by Marat that taking $ down would not ensure the hold of a car. Title came in and I got a call from Manny to put $ down. I didn’t question it as I thought they changed their mind. So I gave cc info and put down a deposit. Got a call minutes later from Marat telling me that putting $ down does not hold a car, he was condescending and ignorant to me. Confused, I asked why Manny asked for deposit?? Marat said he is just a salesman he doesn’t know. I demanded a refund as it made no sense why they took $2,500 from me if it didn’t hold the car. I had to call back several times and was told it was processed, finally 10 days later i called again and the refund was issued. Customer service was horrible. Lack of communication. Tried reaching out the owner on the tab on their website to discuss the disappointment and never got a response back. All I wanted to do was purchase a car and got treated horribly.

I sat down with Pat Farmer to buy a 2018 Audi A5. The car was priced very reasonable. Also fee's was normal as any big dealer. Best dealer experience I had. I ended up trading my car in and it was a very smooth transition. If you go there to purchase a car go see Pat. He welcomed any questions and also gave a nice tour of the car after test driving it.

We bought a $26K lemon from Bidcars Boston in September 2022. It broke down in my driveway 1 week later. They refused to fix it under the warranty . I took them to arbitration through the MA Lemon Law program. We won and they still took another month to pay. This is the case number. OCABR #22-094U
POOR service
We called to make sure the car was there and ready to look at. I was assured it was. We had an appointment for 1045 and arrived at 1030. We drove almost two hours to get there. The lot attendant gave us the key. One, the battery was dead and he couldn't get it started, it took twenty minutes to get it running. Two, the inside of the windows were covered with water (no other car on the lot was like this) to me that indicates a water leak. Three once we got it started the roof wouldn't work.
