I sent a massage on a Friday, after hours through the online portal and the message was actually answered by Manny Avelino the same night. After a short conversation with Manny on Saturday, I went to the dealership and bought a 2022 GMC Sierra Denali. The staff there is "OUTSTANDIG", no pressure and no Bull$%#@. From Manny Avelino to the Finance Manager, Thomas Morales (no relation), I highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased a 2020 Ram

I bought a 2020 Ram from Bidcars Boston. I was originally misinformed about the first truck I went to look at though ... when I asked about the trucks towing capacity, the sales rep told me it was 4,000 pounds higher than it really was. Therefore I had to look at other trucks (for towing my camper), and fortunately they had 2 or 3 others that I liked. I thought it was odd, though, that all of the trucks I was looking at were imported from Canada. And when purchasing, I had to sign paperwork saying that I knew and understood that. Also, before I went to see the truck in person, I was told on the phone that they couldn't negotiate price unless in person. However, when I went to the dealership, I was told there was no room to move on the price because "they were already losing money on the truck" (that's obviously a lie). Once I made my decision on which truck I was going to buy, the communication with my sales rep via text messaging was painfully slow, which felt frustrating at the time (their energy to sell didn't seem to match my energy to buy). The night I arrived to buy and take home the truck, I noticed it hadn't been freshly washed, and they only give you a half of tank of gas. They did throw in some floor mats though, since there were no mats in it when I test drove it. Overall the paperwork process went smoothly. The truck passed Mass inspection with no issues, and I do love the truck. I pray it's a reliable and safe vehicle for my family and I for many years to come.

I bought a 2020 Ram from Bidcars Boston. WENT OFF WITHOUT A HITCH !

The car I purchased from Bidcars of Boston had parts stolen off it by a bidcar employee. Tom Jamali the owner promised to reimburse me but He is a lying xxxxxxxx

TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!

Beyond Disappointed! I would give zero stars if i could! Found a car listed on their website. Turns out they couldn’t sell as they didn’t have the title. Expressed to Manny wanting to purchase as soon as title came in. Offered to put $ down until I could get there as i live over 4 hours away. Was told by Marat that taking $ down would not ensure the hold of a car. Title came in and I got a call from Manny to put $ down. I didn’t question it as I thought they changed their mind. So I gave cc info and put down a deposit. Got a call minutes later from Marat telling me that putting $ down does not hold a car, he was condescending and ignorant to me. Confused, I asked why Manny asked for deposit?? Marat said he is just a salesman he doesn’t know. I demanded a refund as it made no sense why they took $2,500 from me if it didn’t hold the car. I had to call back several times and was told it was processed, finally 10 days later i called again and the refund was issued. Customer service was horrible. Lack of communication. Tried reaching out the owner on the tab on their website to discuss the disappointment and never got a response back. All I wanted to do was purchase a car and got treated horribly.

POOR service

We called to make sure the car was there and ready to look at. I was assured it was. We had an appointment for 1045 and arrived at 1030. We drove almost two hours to get there. The lot attendant gave us the key. One, the battery was dead and he couldn't get it started, it took twenty minutes to get it running. Two, the inside of the windows were covered with water (no other car on the lot was like this) to me that indicates a water leak. Three once we got it started the roof wouldn't work.

Services and attention was great proses ontime

To begin very nice and clean place they went to right to the point no goofing around i hade and appointment car was ready to test clean up to detail them the proses begin and in no time everything was set up safe me time and Money thank you for everything merry Christmas

Great buying experience

We worked with Manny for a test drive and then purchase. A great experience overall (especially compared to how some dealers drag things out and play the typical games) that was very efficient and stress free.

Good experience!

Manny at Bib cars is the best in the business. Just purchased a new Jeep Gladiator with his professional help. He made the entire experience a pleasure with his knowledge, experience and energy. Great guidance through all documentation and expert knowledge in the industry. If your in the market for a vehicle I would highly recommend Bid cars and ask for Manny. Amazing experience.

Recommended Dealership

Chris at BidCars Boston was friendly and honest. Their website includes the price of the ca, plus shows that there is a $795 documentation fee. Even with that fee, the car was offered at a great price. We had a nice experience shopping at BidCars Boston. There was no pressure to buy. We test drove a car but didn't purchase it because my wife didn't like the color. Other than that, the car and the price were perfect.

Even with that fee, the car was offered at a great price. We had a nice experience shopping at BidCars Boston. There was no pressure to buy. The Home of Incompetence!

Bought a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette from Bid Cars. To say it was the worst experience buying a car I have ever had would not properly convey how awful it truly was. Broken promise and one lie after another. Drove all the way down from Maine and the car wasn't even ready yet. Promised the car would be delivered to me after, only to wait three more days and have to send a friend to get the car. Had to take a day off of work to take a train to boston to get the car. Now it is over a week and a half later and still no license plates. They are the most incompetent dealership I have ever dealt with. Everyone wants to tell you how sorry they are but no-one wants to fix the issue. Complete joke. They got my money and could care less now, its obvious. But, I'm not going away till I get my plates and this is completed. I'll keep posting daily until I do.
