I found the approach to sales offensive and left within fifteen minutes of arriving. Then I went to another dealership within walking distance and purchased... a vehicle the same day.
Got pre- approved for a Ram 1500. Sale Price $39K PLUS $4K in Tax and fees. Made a market value offer at $34K Out the Door. Then came back saying that... at $34K would have to include $7K in tax and fees... Now you do the math... Lower Price, More Tax and fees... Promptly ended negotiations and walked out. I won't do business in such a dishonest, and OBVIOUS dishonest way! This is why car dealers have bad reputations!
Friendly service...not pushy at all...highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Experience was great..great selection of vehicles and very good prices... as well..if your looking for a new dodge brand this is the place.
I was promise red brembo calipers before signing. Once the deal was closed they didn’t honor the deal. They told me that it was too much money. Extremely... rude manager.
Had my Ram Pro Master in for service when it was Car Pros. Waited 2 months for a part to come in (It was local in Tacoma) and when I finally went to site... to find out when I would the part they said it was shipped back. Quit going. Fast forward to Renton CJDR to have a headlight bulb replaced. They left back cover off and rain got in it. They said they would take care of it and had the part. I took the Ram in on Wednesday and they said it would be 1/2 day for brakes, light and oil change. On Saturday I called as I had not heard from them and they said they have not had a chance to get to it even though I had a Thursday appointment. Took it to Tacoma Dodge (Highly recommend) and they had it back to me in one day. Will never set foot in Renton again. No call back to me to apologize, etc.
Probably the worst car dealership experience I've ever had! I was being helped by a sales manager named George he was very pushy and rude. Whenever I not... to accept an offer this behavior would amplify. By the end of it I decided not to accept the deal, he then refused to give me back my keys for my trade, suggesting that only his Manager could give me back the keys to my car thats under my name and that he would not be in till the following day, keep in mind that I have "not" signed any papers at this point. He then told me that he was going to charge me for test driving the car and the gas that I used. After a short altercation that caused a scene he finally gave me my keys back. The next day I called to talk to his manager I explained the situation he seemed sympathetic told me he would look over my deal and give me a call back in a few hours. No call back! When I tried to call him back the following day on the personal cell phone number he gave me it went straight to voicemail! These guys a classic car salesman they do not care about you only your money! Worse service ever!
Your used car sales managers (Steve) (Blue) will not return my calls after selling me a Ram 2500. They turned off a sensor that turned back on the day... after I drove the car off the lot. It's a $2,000.00 fix Steve looked me in the eye and told me the car was in perfect working order. In reality it had a leaking radiator hose, low coolant, low power steering fluid and clearly did not have the proper safety check before I took it off the lot. Liars and thieves!! Never coming back!
Horrendous service! My under warranty Jeep became disabled due to needing a software update on Friday afternoon & CDJR was the closest dealer. This is... a very simple issue that my 2016 has had twice now - needs a software update. I called on Friday to explain that I think it needs a software update & to confirm availability. They said yes, they had availability & scheduled me a Monday morning appointment. I towed it in over the weekend then called Monday afternoon as I hadn't heard anything. The tech responded "We're too busy to see you" and when I said "I had an appointment for this morning" cut me off. I asked when they will have time and the tech sighed and very rudely said "well, I don't know if I can even get it in"! I call again Tuesday and tech said Ill look at it tomorrow & give you an update after I look at it. NO CALLS FOR 3 DAYS, I had to call and inquire about status every day for 3 days. When it was finally done, 3 DAYS after I had the appointment scheduled & out of a vehicle, I never received any calls or updates - I found out that it was finished by calling them. The tech lied and said she called me and left me a voicemail, but I had no missed calls or voicemails. I verified that they had the right phone #. I asked to speak with the manager when I picked it up & the manager said he would call me back but he didnt call me back either. I called to verify availability to minimize my time without a vehicle, I wish that they had just said no we are booked up for days & I would have towed it to a different dealer. After this, they texted me to say "please take a customer satisfaction survey" but never sent the survey. So they clearly don't care about their customer service. So, beware - for me CDJR didn't honor my appointment, made me be without a vehicle for DAYS while not giving me any updates & being rude to me when I called asking for updates. Will never go here again.
