Getting service done there was the worst decision for me I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra I took it in for an engine light/ limp mode issue and they told me it was the transmission offered a quote of over 5k. Shortly after took it to my friends transmission shop he said it’s perfectly fine it was starving of fuel. Needed a fuel pump. I didn’t get my money back for all the “testing”they did. There a scam for money as how I see them.

Great car buying experience
Bought a new Highlander. Got a great price and the salesman was very easy to work with. We didn't have much time and they tried hard to hurry to get us on our way.

Very accommodating
A no pressure buying experience. We hadn't bought a car since 2000 and it was a used 1997 Avalon from them. We inherited a 2000 Buick after Court's mother died. She had bought it new from Northcutt. As you see we don't buy often, and appreciate their low-key approach. Thomas Davis was great as well as Chad and Chris. We definitely recommend them.
Never pressured! Felt comfortable and at ease!
I found exactly what I was looking for, but beyond that, the buying process was easy and stress free. Tom was an excellent person to work with. I never felt pressured to buy anything or any particular type of vehicle. Tom, the sales, manager, and the finance personnel were all kind and made the entire process pleasant.
