Leo was very informative of the Audi lineup and found me the most beautiful Audi A4 ever. Test drove it and fell in love. Very quick and attentive and answered all questions I had to make things work. Great dealership great dealer. Will definitely recommend Audi to my friends and family.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Leo Cerrillo here at Audi Fletcher Jones. Where can we start, right from the start Leo greeted us with such good energy. Leo was very attentive and very knowledgeable. This is our first time buying an Audi and Leo made the experience so much easier. He listened to our needs as a family and got the perfect car for my family and I. Straight forward, no playing games, the way car buying should be! I will be an Audi buyer for life thanks to Leo. WORST EXPERIENCE AT A DEALERSHIP IN MY LIFE!

BEWARE… I personally was a victim of prejudice and had a horrible experience here. I am actually going to be in the market for a new car in the near future, but after today, I will NEVER buy an Audi ever again or deal with this horrible dealership after today! I had the unfortunate luck of being assigned to NAEIL DROUBI as my advisor. When I initially arrived, there was NO ONE being attended to in the service drop-off area. I sat in my car for about 5 min. until someone came out to ask me why I was there and I told him that it’s a basic oil change service and he told me to sit tight, someone will come out and help me. I kid you not, while I was waiting for my service advisor to come out, THREE separate vehicles arrived several minutes behind me, all of them white people of course, arrived and was instantaneously helped. That’s when I became enraged. They got out of their cars and already began walking inside to sign paperwork and everything. I could have driven to order at In & Out and back and still wouldn’t have missed my turn. By the time my advisor came out, he had this goofy happy meal smile on his face as if I wasn’t going to confront him in xxx was going on. I immediately asked, why were the three people who arrived much later than me, all do them being white of course, yet were helped right away, but I was somehow ignored for 10 minutes before someone came out to help?! NAEIL DROUBI somehow was offended by that legitimate question, and his entire demeanor changed. All of his answers were low-spoken, brief and he was rushing the entire time while speaking to me. He said it goes by in order of whomever was assigned to you and he just so happened to be helping someone already, which is why I was still waiting. I said so if you were still busy and others were available, why tf did you get assigned to me if you were clearly busy?!? He had no answer and was short with our entire conversation going forward. While I was waiting for my car to finish up, it was apparent he had told other service advisors because out of nowhere, they started mean mugging and staring at me when I was walking around or use the bathroom as if I somehow offended them lol, what a joke. Fast forward two hours later when my car finished, I go to NAEIL DROUBI’s desk, who is no longer making eye contact when speaking to me and rushing me by quickly telling me to pay and sign the paperwork for my car. He straight up lies to my face and tells me my car is finishing up and being vacuumed and washed so to go outside and it’ll be out in a few minutes. I WAITED OVER 35 MINUTES OUTSIDE THE FREAKIN DEALERSHIP BEFORE SOME RANDOM DUDE ASKED WHAT I WAS DOING THERE STILL?! I said you tell me, why tf am I standing around for 35 minutes and no one has given me my car. He looked dumbfounded and said it doesn’t take this long and he’s going to check on what was taking so long. I am not sure if the people were in the back playing Uno or Blackjack 21, instead of washing my car, but this was the straw that broke the camel‘s back for me. 5 minutes later, I finally get my car and it’s still wet so you can clearly tell they paused playing in their Nintendo Switch in the back to rush and clean my car, so I demanded to get the owner of that dealership’s contact info. No apologies or anything this entire time wasted because no one cared and all were acting as if I did them in the wrong or they somehow were a victim when it was clearly the other way around. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP WITH PEOPLE WHO VALUE YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND DON’T GIVE PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT TO OTHER TYPES OF PEOPLE THAT I JUST EXPERIENCED FIRST HAND… I honestly feel that if I arrived in my car, wearing a business suit and was White, it would have been a completely different experience, and I’ll never set foot in here again! WORST EXPERIENCE AT A DEALERSHIP IN MY LIFE!

This is actually the second time I’m getting a car from

This is actually the second time I’m getting a car from Abel, and I think this already explains how good of a sale specialist he is. Abel is really professional, friendly and reliable. He is eager to answer any car related questions for you and would go above and beyond to meet your needs and satisfactions. I can say this with confidence from my recent car purchasing experience with him for my Audi Q5 hybrid. He always greets you with a big smile, never delays your requests, and gets things done in an efficient and timely manner. He really knows what he’s doing and how to serve the customer right. He would take his time listen and explain things to you and make you feel that you are taken good care of and you won’t regret doing business with him. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends! :)) great job Abel!!
