Promised me a license plate holder, kept telling me it

Promised me a license plate holder, kept telling me it was ordered, then they were going to deliver it to me, and it never showed up after 2 months. They charge to service the car and they stripped the oil pan, the air filters were never changed and every person I spoke with there lied to me. Buyer beware.

Awesome dealership

My experience with Freddie in Sales was amazing. He took the time to reassure me that the car buying experience would be smooth. He was right. I never felt so much respect from a salesperson before. Also Joe Cinwinski in Finance explained everything in great detail and answered any questions. Great experience. Do yourself a favor and go see Freddie Fender Ramos and Joe. They went above and beyond! Phenomenal experience. Go see these guys.

Base price for the vehicle was great!

Base price for the vehicle was great! The additional add ons by the dealership, not so great. 5 items that bumped up the price by almost $4.5k smh. AND top if off they said those items cant be be taken off since they are already installed on the vehicle. Guess the word "optional" doesn't work for them.

Top Buying Experience

The sales staff made this the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Well done from start to close! There was no pressure, no crazy sales tactics, nothing but complete freedom to make the best choice!

Sales rep (Ben) was great.

Sales rep (Ben) was great. Finance center was not. Price of car on website 22250, price of car at dealership 22850. They also add a mandatory 750 dollar security system / insurance bit to your contact without telling you until the end. I asked several times and was told I had to pay it even though it was an option amd not part of the base price of the car. Do not go here unless you want them to steal 1000 dollars from you.

Got a Lexus 2017 Gs 200t

They were so quick and gave me a steal of a deal!!! Love my new Lexus w 33,000 they were so quick getting me in and out in about an hour! Totally recommend

I had been diligently researching vehicles came across...

I had been diligently researching vehicles came across this Outlander, researched more and decided to inquire. I contacted the dealership we got in touch via email I then went to the dealership over the weekend. At first a gentleman came out, I didn't catch his name but I told him I had been emailing with Jim. Jim came out I introduced myself as well as my partner. He seemed ok starting telling us about the car we took it for a test drive. Everything about the car was fine, a bit smaller than expected but fine. Once we got in started talking numbers I mentioned to Jim I had a pre qualification, I have excellent credit, etc. He comes back with a horrible apr rate, assumed all the extras and padded the fees. I was frustrated at this point as was my partner. I tell him he needs a better rate and asked about the astronomical fees. He is stumbling over his words can't keep the lies straight, pulls up the Car Gurus page, and tries to tell us the fees are in the ad. No they weren't! The extra $1495 plus $729 was not in there. I tell him my concerns, ask about a better apr and just certain fees i was not wiling to pay. He comes back with a slightly better apr but still not even matching with what my pre-qualification was offering much as less trying to beat it. He wanted me to write down an apr but isn't that what you keep going to the financial office for to see what apr they can get me. He hadn't done a hard pull on my credit I assumed then. Also couldn't get passed this VTR/anti theft bull they install on all cars. It's an extra $729 that is not necessary and should be optional. I wanted that off, I didn't want to pay for it. So I told him so, at that point he got annoyed and started telling me there will be fees at any dealership I go to. I told him I was aware and doc fees things of that nature I am not disputing but those other fees I was not ok with. He kept trying to go on. My partner then told him I wasn't trying to argue to fees, she's not willing to pay so thank you but no deal. I got up started walking out, Jim then proceeds to mutter under his breath and touch my partner's arm pushing him out of his office. My partner told him not to touch him, he can walk by himself. Jim then is acting childish glaring and pissy towards us. I get out the door, my partner says what are you looking at man and Jim starts spewing expletives at my partner, my partner did the same. Jim was still going on as we get into my car and are leaving. 10 min later I get back to back calls from the dealership as well as a manager Ray telling me they didn't want to lose the deal over a few hundred dollars. I messaged back, the lack of respect and unprofessionalism Jim displayed I wasn't ok with, thanks but no thanks. Ray said ok. Next day, I get alerts on my credit, come to find out they run a hard pull on my credit anyway, after I left after I told them I wouldn't be back. They still decide to pull my credit just to what, spite me? I will never recommend this dealership, although the price on the car I liked, the complete unprofessional arrogant attitude was absolutely uncalled for.
