Very clean dealership!

Very clean dealership! Everyone was kind my sales guy Eddie Thornton was very knowledgeable and got me into the car I wanted! I was and out! Exceptional customer service! Answered all of my concerns and got me a reasonable car note! Thanks again for all your help! It was a pleasure to do business with you!

Had oil change and routine maintenance and recall done.

Had oil change and routine maintenance and recall done. Was in and out in 90 minutes. Staff was courteous and quick. Recommended but did not push some additional work which we were able to complete ourselves (cabin air filter replaced, gas treatment).

Service advisors are nice but the porters are careless.

Service advisors are nice but the porters are careless. They always change my vehicles settings especially the seat. And they always leave that plastic seat covering, the paper floor covering and that number sign that hangs from the rear view. It’s really annoying to have to grab all of it and throw it away. Also, twice I’ve seen them drive my truck up very aggressively and I don’t like it. They should know better to drive a customers car with a little more care instead of like a fast and furious race car.

Cailyn was professional and friendly. Communicated very well throughout the process. Stephen was thorough and efficient and communicated throughout the process and made several recommendations to improve my vehicles performance.

In the past they have always vacuumed out the car after
