I?m satisfied with the car. My only complaint is that

I?m satisfied with the car. My only complaint is that there was only one key fab available with the car I bought From Dalton Ford. I assumed that I?d be given a second fab, but was declined when I ask for it. My feeling is that the Ford dealership should have either prearrange for a new fab to have been made or to have specified that the car only had one key fab available before we discussed the deal. I approached the local Honda dealer and a new fab will cost over $380.00 and it?s unfair for me to bear that cost. I provided two key fabs with the car I traded in, which was a Mazda Mx-5. When I bought it from the Mazda Dealer, John Ellis, Marietta, they advised me that it only had a single key fab, but they promised to have new one made. A week later I brought the car back to Jim Ellis and a key fab service company made a Mazda key fab. Now that?s what I call excellent service.

Laska was our salesman we enjoyed talking with him he wasn't over bearing or trying to push you into a sale we drove several bronco. he told us a lot about the bronco that we wasn't aware of.,I really enjoyed the service of all your staff

Great!!! My sales person was great he told me all about the car I wanted to by. He was very courteous and nice speaking. He allowed me to talk without interrupting me or trying to pressure me into getting another car. I was very impressed with my experience at the Ford Place in Dalton.

Amazing customer service

I was in need of a newer car. The crew at Ford of Dalton were top notch from my salesman, Joel Guzman, the floor managers, all the way to the finance manager. Joel was never pushy, but very patient as I needed time to make a decision. He was knowledgeable and showed me how to use the different aspects of my new Bronco! Thank you Ford of Dalton and Joel!
