Drove 500 miles for a junker.Bought a Cadillac CTS that was butchered by detail. Every warning light was on. Missing engine cover, spare tire and jack, floor mats. They used an aerosol can of paint and painted the wheels black to hide all the gouges from driving on a flat tire. NEVER EVER again would I recommend

Well I have had many problems with this company but here
Well I have had many problems with this company but here are a few. It was the 20th of December 2023. I bought a 2006 Toyota 4Runner. When I purchased the suv they told me they would repair the door handle that was broke and that they had no information on the cars history and they did not give me the title So when I complained about not getting the title and the door handle the owner Sam told Me he did not authorize the sales man to repair the door handle and that he would not do it. After I complained about him not honoring his word, he ended up paying me half of what the repair shop said it would cost. Then I took the title to register my car just to find out the car had a lean on it. Now this company stated on my paperwork that there was no lean on the car when I purchased it. So it was another huge problem to get him to contact the company that held the lean on my car and after all that, he would not even fax it into the Missouri Department of motor vehicles. Once that was settled the new problems started. The check engine light turned on with one problem after another. First it was the catalytic converters going bad then the engine seal was leaking. After spending more and more money n this car I am done. I’m going to get rid of it and try and make some money back from this debacle. This has been the worst experience iv ever had at a dealership. They will rip you off!!

Ripped off!!’n
I wish I would have read these reviews before I was taken for a $22,000 ride! Purchased a 2013 BMW 650i Gran Coupe and was ensured that the vehicle was in great condition because they had owned it and sold it to the person that brought it back to trade on another car on their lot(side note: they had just bought the car from an auction in California 3 weeks before I bought it) For effect they even had a “bmw mechanic” there at the lot and they put a scanner in to show me that there were no issues. Of course the sales manager was super nice guy knocked a grand off and the service plan I purchased I was told covered EVERYTHING besides fluids at no out of pocket cost to me. Well bought the car Monday, Wednesday hop in to go to the store and Drivetrain Malfunction as soon as I hit the gas. A block further and the Oil at minimum level warning, half mile later coolant level low. You get the idea, so I call Tom and he says he will call the repair shop and see if they will take a look and see what is going on and of course magically this only appeared in the two days I have owned it because it was in perfect condition when they sold it to me. They recommend Autobahn Motorwerks. I take it there and they have to for a week then call with an estimate over $7000!! Remember that super awesome covers it all service plan? Well it covers repalcing gasket seals and nothing else. They said it needs new vacuum pump, both supercharger actuators need replaced, upper and lower coolant hoses as well as the diagnostic codes (remember when I bought it I was assured no codes at all…well left side of motor has 7 critical codes, right side has 9 critical codes. At this point it’s been three weeks since purchasing and I longest drive I had at this point was to the mechanic and back…that lasted three more days before more problems came up. I was driving with my 7 year old nephew and there was a loud pop noise and the car began to shake. Come to find out can shaft has seized up and rod been thrown(after I took it to a reputable mechanic) they reaffirmed that there was ZERO chance of a dealer not being aware of the mechanical issues this vehicle had. They explained all that was going on and that it would need a entire new engine!! With labor comes to $16,000. Now I bought the car June 25th have had major troubles with it since the 29th and has either been in a repair shop or parked and not drivable all but 6 days between the 25th and now. I have yet to drive that car over 1k miles. Now surprise surprise the sales manager who sold me the car oddly enough two days after I call with my original troubles he informs me he left EuroSam for a different car lot?(Sam says fired Tom says quit) I don’t believe either of them. Anyways, Sam tell me that he was screwed over my Tom also and he wasn’t aware of any issues with the BMW and blames Tom for it all. Then proceed to tell me since he is such nice guy he will work with me and tells me he will buy a engine and we split the cost of a engine that he is trying to find the cheapest he can find on eBay some with 100,000 miles on it already. It’s not like I have had the car three three months and just now calling with a problem, TWO DAYS after leaving the lot there were severe mechanical issues, I have had to spend $1000 dollars on rental cars so I can get to work, have a car payment to a car that has never ran since I bought it…I could maybe see a dealer being a bit skeptical if I am just now raising a issue but when it hasn’t been 48 hours since I spent $20000 at your business a reputable business would offer to make the situation right and do the proper thing. The proper thing most definitely is not ask me to spend another $4000 dollars for being conned out of $20000 already. I have contacted the DOR who has opened an investigation as well as the Kansas Attorney General’s office.

Don't buy until you get a mechanic to check it out
Represented a car to us as having never been in an accident, no problems, etc.. Took it to a mechanic for a pre-purchase check and found it had been wrecked and had some salvage parts, part of undercarriage was gone, oil leak, transmission issue, air conditioning did not work except they had 'charged' it before we drove it, etc.. it had been patched together to look beautiful from the outside but was a mess underneath.

I recommend Tom Lovelace and EuroSam to everyone
I bought a 2011 Lexus gx460 from Tom at EuroSam Auto in October of 2021. It was a pleasant experience and they even [paid the labor to fix some pretty major items for me after the sale. I waited till now to make my five star review due to t my work travel schedule impacting the times that repairs were made. The whole process had great communication. I recommend Tom Lovelace and EuroSam to everyone I know.

Selling wrecked cars that are poorly repaired. Told me my trade would be tough to sell then put on their website for 5500 more than what they gave me and sold it in one day. Tom lies. Stay away.

Do NOT Recommend - Bought A Lemon
o not recommend. My young adult son bought a mini cooper here that turned out to be a total lemon and Sam wouldn't do anything about it - even charged us to repair it when we had it towed there Only For Him To Look At! We spent way more trying to fix this car then it was ever worth and had to trade it in on something reliable so he could get to work. We literally were out several thousand dollars. Sam took advantage of a 23 year old kid making minimum wage. Beyond disappointing. A year later we are still paying off a repair bill for a car that we don't own. Things can happen when you buy a used car but he refused to make it right. And even charged us money to look at it. Definitely do not recommend.

2012 Mercedes C300
The car was in very good condition and the price was also good. He made some necessary repairs and I test-drove it. It handled very nicely. The interior was excellent. I am very satisfied with the purchase, and I would definitely return, if I am looking for another car. Thank you, Sam!!

I'm very happy with my purchase from EuroSam. I studied this car online for weeks before I came in person. It was exactly what I thought and what I wanted. I love my Mercedes E350 coupe. Good job Sam.
