Mark and Nathan were great to work with.

Mark and Nathan were great to work with. They found me a truck that had everything that I needed. They kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend both of them.

Blake Key was my sales representative, he made my buying

Blake Key was my sales representative, he made my buying experience extremely easy.I had called him on my way there, told him exactly the car I wanted, when we arrived it was waiting for us to drive. He explained everything in detail, all questions answered with ease. The finance rep, Mark was also great. I left Laura Ford with information overload, which was great! I love my new Bronco sport Big Bend with the Black Diamond package! If I could give Blake 10 stars, I would! Thank you for having such a great sales team! Lora Donze

Blake Key was my sales representative, he made my buying experience extremely easy.I had called him on my way there, told him exactly the car I wanted, when we arrived it was waiting for us to drive. I was seriously interested in purchasing a vehicle from

I was seriously interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, prepared to put down $10,000 to $15,000 and finance the rest. However, I was repeatedly pressured to move forward without being allowed to review the financing terms and conditions. I specifically asked Mark to email me the financing details so I could review them properly, but he refused and told me, “That’s not how it works,” then proceeded to lecture me on the process. As a customer, I expect transparency and respect—not to be dictated to. Mark’s dismissive and arrogant approach ultimately cost the dealership a sale. Despite my clear indication that I wasn’t interested in the additional packages or “extras,” he insisted I had to sit through them. That was the final straw. I truly feel bad for Dakota, who put in genuine effort and lost the sale due to Mark’s poor handling of the situation. If the dealership values its reputation and sales performance, they may want to reconsider who they have representing them. I’ve chosen to take my business elsewhere, and I encourage other potential buyers to do the same. The devil is in the details—and Mark made it clear they weren’t going to share them.

Bought a used bronco from them that was in need of 2

Bought a used bronco from them that was in need of 2 recalls and a transmission repair. The vehicle was only washed outside and everything else looked like it had lived down a country road all its life. I asked them to clean it up and detail it inside and out and they rinsed off the engine bay a little but still all the door jambs etc were filthy. They said they only clean them after they sell them. Sales person Cody as very rude. Windshield washer did not work,(fixed it myself) had to stay on them to get my title application before my temp plates run out. Nothing about this transaction was smoothe. Luckily my local dealership has been great to work with in getting this thing repaired! Laura Ford is very shady!

It’s a fun place to buy a new vehicle.

It’s a fun place to buy a new vehicle.. Blake Key made me feel like a brother & a friend.. He took the time to help me see available options on my truck..It’s my first new truck & l enjoy it more everyday.. I realize you also have GM & CHRYSLER new vehicles available but the F150 is far superior to them .
