Came for a scheduled service for tire rotation and check. Waited for 1.5 hours. Saw my car sitting and nobody was working on it. Asked the clerk, was assured that only couple minutes more till the car gonna be done. In a few minutes asked again, the clerk went to check and said there is another hour to wait because they didn't even start. I always had a good experience with this store, but today it was very poor. Missed my next appointment because of this unexpected job. Very disappointed.

I have bought 4 vehicles from 4 different places in my life. I plan on driving my new Tundra forever if I can, but if and when I need a 5th vehicle, I will get it from here.

Excellent experience and a very worthwhile two-hour drive from Laurel, MD., to get my Toyota 4Runner at MSRP. No hassle, no so-called “dealer markups,” no price gouging. Everything was as discussed on the phone, or better and there were no bait-and-switch tactics in place, as often seen at these dealerships. I am two miles from the Sheehy Toyota stealership in Laurel, Maryland but I won’t send my worst enemy there. They actually told me that I didn't have to buy from them when I questioned their "mandatory" dealer add-ons No such BS at Bennett Toyota, and this is why I drove two hours to buy from them in Lebanon, PA. We were thoroughly impressed by the courtesy, professionalism, candor, and honesty of Mr. Anthony Allwein. He proved to be the car salesman we have all been waiting to for. Hope they promote him so he can train others to be like him, earn some well-deserved commission, as well as revenue for the dealership. We were in a hurry to get back to Maryland so couldn't take any pictures at the dealership, but I am attaching one each of Anthony, and the beautiful 4Runner he assisted us with at Bennett Toyota.
