Watch out for ADM mark-ups...

I know this applies to pretty much all dealers now, but what they have listed on their website in terms of inventory is not what's truly available. Most of the time, it's not even "in transit." Also, watch out for mark-ups. They aren't allowed to mark up their prices for the internet, so you'll get surprised in person when you try to buy one of those non-existent Odysseys when you discover there is a $2k mark up at this dealer.

Went there on Saturday test drove a car. Had a deal done with them on Tues over the phone and email. They even sent a buyer purchase order to me so I could get a loan at the bank. Sent them a copy of the cashiers check on Wed night. THEY SOLD THE CAR OUT FROM UNDER ME!!! VERY UPSET. NOW I AM OUT MY TIME AND $150 IN BANK FEES FOR THE NEXT LOAN.

Best experience 3 times running!!

This will be my 3rd lease through Castrucci Honda. Every time I come in they immediately greet me like family, and make sure I get the best service possible. I whole heartedly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to feel valued, and you aren't just here to spend money.

Horrible Customer service

Never again! Avoid like the plague! No respect and the word professional does not exist in their vocabulary. Plenty of other options out their, why would you give your business to a place that wont treat you right.

It All Adds Up To Failure

What do you get when you add overpriced vehicles with non-existent customer service? You get this dealership. They're one of the worst dealerships I've ever encountered. Please avoid them, even if you have an impulse to buy one of their products. You can find a better priced one elsewhere at a lot with courteous staff members.

Robotic Customer Care

I reached out to the dealership regarding a used Kia Forte and received a manufactured reply stating they'd contact me soon. That day never came. If they're not willing to begin the initial process, I doubt any other phases will be satisfactory as well.

2009 Toyota Tacoma

One of the most pleasant used car purchase experiences I've had. No pressure to buy something I didn't want, eager to make the sale. Worked with me on the price and made the purchase process as easy as possible. I'd go back!

Disappointed with quote

I was tempted to go here since they had a 20% coupon. They quoted a price of $1000 for a brake job including rotors. They also quoted using after market parts of $850. What dealer uses after market parts? Really shady, a sign of doing business at any cost. Dealers are strictly required to use OEM, that ensures quality and maintains the warranty. I went to another Honda dealer and they quoted a price of $850 including rotors and tax. Do the math, that $1000 quote would cost $800 after the coupon. With tax, the same as the other Dealer. So essentially the coupon was useless. Get your car repaired here at your own hazard. I plan on writing a letter to Honda letting them know that their Dealer is using after market parts.
