This place is too incompetent to change a tire in less

This place is too incompetent to change a tire in less than a full business day. They strung me along all day saying it was almost finished. I could ve done it myself in less time by watching a YouTube video. Everyone in the shop appears to be brand new. I finally gave up and demanded they release my car. They claimed to have just removed the tire. The service manager apparently found this funny. I did not. I will never return and they couldn't care less. [

Derrick was knowledgeable, attentive, and made it a very positive, stress free experience. I recently purchased a 2025 Odyssey.

I recently purchased a 2025 Odyssey. This was my first time purchasing a car from Matt Castrucci and thanks to our salesman, Sy Jones, it went much easier than I've experienced with other dealerships. Overall, I'd rate our experience as a 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle here. We had been to multiple dealership and Al Glover was a standout salesman, he went above and beyond to find the exact car we were looking for and gave us plenty of space and time to explore the vehicle before we purchased to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. We ended up buying a new Pilot and have been very pleased with the purchase. Al even made sure to walk us through all of the features of the vehicle and was available for questions after the purchase. I would purchase from Al and Matt Castrucci again in the future!

My family has been fortunate to have purchased a number of vehicles from Matt Castrucci Honda. Mr. David Estepp was an invaluable resource when I was searching for a used hybrid car. He was kind enough to show me the new 2025 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid. The experience was quite enjoyable, with a smooth and quiet engine, no issues, was a pleasant touch. This was my first time purchasing a car, and Mr. David's assistance throughout the entire process was invaluable.

Dealership was clean and the experience was very smooth

Dealership was clean and the experience was very smooth all the way trough the final steps. A special shout out to Al Glover our sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable and for the first time i can say made the car buying experience stress free.

We just stopped in to look!

We just stopped in to look! Drove a crv and loved it. We left there drove another vehicle. Went straight to our bank to purcase it. Our sales associate was Dawn Howard. She went above and beyond. We not only had a wonderful person to deal with but I do believe we have met a friend !! I would recommend her to anyone. She was so amazing. We just loved her. Thank you Dawn for everything you did for us.

Just recently purchased my fifth Honda through Matt

Just recently purchased my fifth Honda through Matt Castrucci and it was an easy and enjoyable (!) experience. Salesman Sy Jones was fun, energetic, well informed.and made the process run smoothly. Henry, the sales manager, assisted streamlining the process. Best of all, Matt Castrucci happened to be in the showroom and came over to graciously thank me for being a good customer! Overall it was a great experience and I love my new CR-V Sport L. Also, one of the reasons that I have been a consistent customer is the quality of the service department which I also highly recommend.

1st time I called for my free oil change, left a message

1st time I called for my free oil change, left a message and nobody called me back….2nd and 3rd time same thing. 4th time I talked to the salesman who sold us the car, assured me that the service department would call me back…That was over a month ago…won’t go back!
