I have gotten so many automated messages, it’s driven me

I have gotten so many automated messages, it’s driven me insane. Rafael was amazing and David in finance has helped immensely but everything leading up to and now after buying the car has been an automated message nightmare.

The sale for our 2021 HR-V was riddled with with several complexities that made it challenging for Frank Shorf and John Malone who handled everything with the highest professionalism while being confident, patient, and kind like top-notch professionals. They made it 5 star even though I prefer commenting on quality of personal service with words rather than numbers. They were very helpful and courteous.
