I had a trade in that needs a new motor but still had money owed on it. I had a terrible experience with langdale ford in Valdosta and was ready to give... every dealership a hard time in my buying adventure. My wife inquired about a vehicle on the site. Immediately after hitting the submit button , Zodie Bowen was on the phone with her. She told him our situation with the previous dealer and how disrespectful they were. He knew our situation and our budget. He got us the best deal possible. I couldn't be happier with him and his work ethic. I gave him what I saw and others saw as an impossible situation. Even had dealerships tell me there was no way they could make that happen. He made it happen and I never thought we would get the deal that we got. Zodie did an amazing job and without me telling him, he made this disabled combat vets whole month alot better. I felt the respect he had for me without him knowing my background which tells me he treats EVERYONE the same. Great guy and awesome salesman with the best work ethic I've seen from a sales rep. I myself now work in government sales and I would highly recommend him!
Terrible service they were just ignoring me the entire time. I kept calling talking to different sales reps Deon, Andre, and Terry were some of the names... I remember they would never call me back after stating they would call me back shortly about the vehicle I was inquiring about. I spoke to someone before he stated he would call me back and never did he told me I was not eligible for a 2 month warranty due to the vehicle I called about having over 100,000 miles even though the vehicle has less than 100k miles on there website. I get the impression that they only do there job and communicate with you properly only when they are going to make a lot of commission on a new car. Bottom line the worst service I have ever had at a dealership and I will not be doing business with this mess of a car dealer.

This dealership never has the items needed to repair your car. They always have to order the parts. It is extremely frustrating. A Chrysler, dodge dealer... should have any parts needed for any repair not related to an automobile accident. These dealership schedules appointments and repairs and never has the necessary parts available to repair the issues.
The salesman that I worked with, Michael, was good; however, the financial department is no good...at least with my experience. If a vehicle is priced... to low to sell, make that clear before someone drives out, plain and simple. They also would return a single call (of 5) once I left the dealership. Don’t bother unless you have your own financing and can purchase on the spot.
