My experience at Lee Auto Group was amazing. I had the privilege to work with Rudy and Micheal. The finance manager. They were able to find me a really good deal that I was able to afford. I’ll definitely recommend them to my family.

i had a great experience at Lee auto Group Tampa.
i had a great experience at Lee auto Group Tampa. Jonathan Naranjo was my salesman. there was no pressure and he was very honest about the truck I was interested in. He introduced me to the technician that would be servicing the truck. the technician was very straight forward about what the truck needed and the time frame to complete the work. Lee auto group went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle, check out what Lee auto group has to offer

Luke Padden was our salesman.
Luke Padden was our salesman. He was very helpful with the purchase of my new Subaru. My friend put him and the staff through quite a workout with questions and requests. It all worked out well and I am quite happy with my purchase.

This review started off well.
This review started off well. The employees were very nice, personable, and courteous. We bought a car, but then it became clear that we were mislead and manipulated. With each of the below issues, the dealership employees became visibly increasingly aggravated that we were questioning the actions. First, they damaged the car when moving it AFTER it was bought and finished "detailing" and then lied and said the damage was there when they got the car. When I showed them pictures from their own website showing no damage, the story changed to "oh it's been there for at least a few weeks." So when we flicked the remaining chipped paint off with our fingers that would have come off in their "detailing" to show the damage is new, they doubled down and continued to claim it had been there. They clearly were trying to avoid blame or responsibility to remedy the damage, but in the end they did get a guy to touch up the paint, which was appreciated. Second, They told us they work directly with our bank (that we were already approved through) and said we didn't need to do anything, they would submit the financing request, and our bank would see it, and the requests would sync and all is well. Unfortunately for us, that was a flat out lie. It went through an entirely new and separate finance check through multiple other finance entities (hitting my credit several more unnecessary times). The dealership said it was our fault for not telling them we were approved already, EVEN THOUGH WE TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIMES (in fact, it was the first thing I told them so they knew my price maximum), and it was our fault for not providing them with a specific document they needed, that they never told us they needed even though we told them we were already approved multiple times. THEN the dealership admitted that they lose money if people go straight to the bank and not their lenders (again I'll remind you the bank we used, they said they work directly with), and that the car would actually cost us MORE money if we went outside of their lending options. Third, We tried asking for a cancelation of their loan, so we could go with the one directly with the bank as it had better terms and interest rates, and we were within the "3 day rule" that our bank informed us should be a thing, but they said no, instead claiming they were done with their part, that paperwork had already gone through to the various auto purchase agencies, that the bank chose to give us the official rate they did and it was now our job to bargain with/convince the bank to change the financing. Final thoughts: Don't use this company. They are ultimately not on the side of the customer. They're shady, and also unethical according to how our bank explained that this should have been handled. Thankfully, the car itself appears to be reliable and in good driving condition so far.
