Buying from out of State? Don't think twice. 🙂

I purchased a BMW X5 car unseen from Haus of Imports. The car was in excellent shape for its age and priced fairly. While I was nervous about buying a car from another State (I am from California) and without the first hand knowledge of it's condition, I continued with the purchase because the agent who helped me, Gezim, was responsive, fair and provided any and all information I requested - including a video of the interior and exterior, along with a scan of the OBDII port before it left his dealership. I had issues with shipping ONLY because I made the decision to arrange for shipping myself. What resulted was burning 7 days and multiple phone calls to entities that could not perform. Once I shared my problem with Gezim, he made a few phone calls, and my car was shipped from IL to CA within 48 hours. Lesson learned, I should have listened to Gezim and had his dealership arrange for shipping directly. Also, the shipping fee did not change based on their help. The dealership did not tack on an additional fee to cover their time. Their shipping quote was identical to the amount I was quoted directly from the drivers. Because it's Covid, and everyone is moving slower than usual, the title to the vehicle was delayed a bit. I reached out to the owner, Roni, who IMMEDIATELY took control of the situation, stopped whatever he was doing, called me directly to tell me he was resolving it, sent someone to pick up the title in person and within 3 days, the paperwork was at my door, via fedex overnight mail. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Whatever slight hiccups there were, the dealership took full responsibility for. And they understand the value of treating clients with respect and honesty. So if you're on the fence about buying from these folks, you can contact me directly so I can share with you my experience. Great Service

It's always stressful buying a used car, want to make sure you don't get taken advantage of, and worries about the car not lasting. When I delt with the guys at this dealer, everything went super smooth. The sales guy Gezim and Bekim were super helpful and friendly, they worked with me on all my questions and I got a great BMW at the best price. They made sure everything was clean, and had a bunch of really cool cars. I'll be coming back for a car for my wife next.

Overall great experience

I did research before I came and I was very impressed. A few days later, I am Very happy with my purchase! I found a very nice Mercedes Benz that’s other dealers are asking above 22K I got my new baby for way below that. They have the best prices not only in Chicago but in a 1,000 miles radius. Nice Luxury cars that are fully loaded. The team has been excellent from the beginning to the end. Very respectful owners and great sales team.

When internet sales are the way to go, trust them!

Haus of Imports restored my faith and confidence in buying online, sight unseen. I contacted them after finding an uncommon combination of features and received a response almost immediately. Within a day, they had assisted in answering all my questions and we were moving forward. The deal could not have been easier and I was impressed with the fact they found shipping for $300 less than I had found elsewhere. The car arrived exactly as described and was everything I hoped it would be. I had a few questions and a small issue...to keep it simple, the vehicle was a dieselgate vehicle which was not properly repaired by VW. We had discussed the concerns prior to the purchase but they became a headache almost immediately. This is there part where Haus of Imports outshined every other dealer I think I've bought from. Roni, the President and CEO of the company went well out of his way to ensure that these issues were resolved and I was happy with my purchase. There was no back and forth, no debating what had happened...it was simply a matter of making things right and ensuring I was taken care of as the customer. I am very grateful for their service and would not hesitate to do business with them again, even from 700 miles away.

Great Service

Purchased my 3rd Vehicle from Haus of Imports. I have never felt so welcomed inside a dealership. The moment you walk in I noticed everyone willing to help assist. This dealers customer service is amazing ! No wonder why these guys have over 300 5 Star Reviews! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was helped by Roni and His brother Mike, they paid attention to my needs and concerns. The interaction between us did not make me feel pressured, they were very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. Such talented and passionate individuals. You will not be disappointed.

Check contract and run by mechanic

Audi convertible (still listed) buyer beware. Robert told me the vehicle was in great condition with a clean carfax, and that it had been looked over closely inside and out. Initially, when we reached an agreement, tax/title were included, but they were missing from the purchase contract increasing price $600. Escalated to manager after they wouldn't fix it. He adjusted the price by $420. Had the car insured and drove the 2.5 hours back to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. Thank god I had arranged for a mechanic to look at it despite the low mileage. He found 7 transmission codes, a previous accident/suspension damage, failing motor mounts, pitch black oil and too many electrical and component issues to list. I handed all of his documentation to the management team at HOI, and they were very good about refunding my deposit and reimbursing us for filling the tank as it was almost out of gas. We were incredibly disappointed at the time wasted on this vehicle and lack of transparency from our salesperson. We wasted days on this car and really did love it. I've noticed they dropped the price to what I had agreed upon PRIOR to discovering all of the problems with the car. Sadly, this tells me they are going to find some other sucker to purchase it, leaving them to discover 3-6k in needed repairs.

Thats why we give a free extended powertrain warranty on most of our units we sell and we can also provide extended warranties for years to come.
