I wasn’t able to lease again but Mike Green helped me buy...

I wasn’t able to lease again but Mike Green helped me buy my lease out. He did everything he could do to figure out the best option to keep my car and communicated with me throughout the whole process. His communication and efficiency are impeccable. Subaru and Mike will always be where I recommend people to go and their service department is also one of the main reasons I will always choose Subaru!

A Very Pleasant Experience

I had an extremely pleasant experience in purchasing my Subaru Outback two weeks ago. I found Michael Green - our sales representative be be exceptionally knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

Bad customer service for used car buyers

I test drove and bought a used Jeep Cherokee from this dealership. During the test drive I did not sit in the passenger seat and therefore did not notice that the passenger side air conditioning was blowing g air from outside instead of conditioned air. I noticed this 2 days after buying the vehicle when I sat in the passenger side for the first time. The vehicle has dual climate control and the drivers side ac works fine. I spoke with someone in the service department and she said she needed to talk to her manager and would call me back. She never did. I left messages for my sales person and he also never called me back. Apparently used car customers don't matter to them.

Great Experience

Salesman was super helpful but not pushy at all! The process was laid back and relaxed and I didn’t feel rushed. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend this business.

We have never leased a vehicle and Ed Nunez made sure I chose the right car for my family. Having always bought used cars I was very apprehensive to commit to a new vehicle.
