Went in for two recalls.
Went in for two recalls. The first recall was a software update and the other was the major L87 engine inspection. Albert called me and scheduled my appointment with the date and time I requested. They followed up and I dropped off my car at 7:30am and shuttled me back to my house and several hours later I picked up my Tahoe. The experience was very smooth and everyone was very courteous and professional. I've been taking my Tahoe here for almost three years and every time I've received excellent service. I highly recommend their service team.
