We had mostly a good experience as our sale rep, Ali, was

We had mostly a good experience as our sale rep, Ali, was wonderful to work with. We were surprised the manager did not come out to introduce himself which seems to be customary when buying a car. The manager did negotiate some with us, and we were satisfied with the final price we paid. We were mostly surprised to not receive a full tank of gas and a wash and vacuum of our car before taking it off the lot. We have bought new cars for the past several years, so perhaps this is what happens when buying a slightly used car. We know we had the option to buy the Bomnin care for about $1200, but it seems sending the car off the lot in pristine condition would just be good customer service.

I had a terrible experience at this Chevy dealership’s

I had a terrible experience at this Chevy dealership’s service department. I waited almost 8 hours, and the job still wasn’t finished. They kept saying they were “investigating” or “checking,” but the only thing they actually did was rip off my gas tank. After that, I received no updates at all from the technicians or the person handling my case. The service manager was supposed to call me with a quote and provide some kind of update but never contacted me. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, I don’t plan on returning.

There was an issue with transportation from the Baltimore
