This Dealership will not service your vehicle, if.
My 2012 Mercedes Benz S-Class broke down on Saturday 11/26/2022, in the area of the Mercedes-Benz of Texarkana dealership, I am from the Central Texas area. The tow truck driver towed my vehicle to the dealership and I spoke to JJ Darty, the assistant service manager. He informed me that they will not work on my vehicle for the following reasons: 1. If my vehicle has never been serviced at this dealership. 2. If my vehicle is over ten years. 3. If my vehicle has over 100,000 miles. I've never heard of a Mercedes Benz dealership refusing to work on their own vehicle or turning down work. Because of this situation, I called Georgetown Mercedes Benz, to see if they could get them to help me. They would not make an exception to their policy to help me, even told them I'm a veteran, no love for vets at this place. This is poor customer service, so if I bought a vehicle from this dealership, would they tell me their policies for repair work before I buy a vehicle? I doubt it. I couldn't even rent a loaner car from them to get home. The tow truck driver, Justin from Baker's Towing & Recovery was more helpful, in helping me get my car back to the Central Texas area they were.. I tried calling the assistant service manager back, but my calls were being terminally ignored (sent to voice mail or I was ghosted, take your pick). After the second time, I didn't bother to leave a message. Based on how I was treated in this situation, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and would tell them to do business with Mercedes Benz of Georgetown, where the customer service is much better. I would give this dealership zero stars if it was possible.

I have text about Ram 1500 . I told him I wanna trade my car in for it and he said no problem then got there he said to much miles on truck and try get me in 2020 Ram 1500 for $25k that was just plain Jane. I was disappointed about it I won't come back to them anymore. Please avoid them all cost .

I've purchased four vehicles from Classic. I'm preparing to purchase my 5th and I will only use one salesman, Nick Patton. Nick is LOW pressure and extremely forthcoming and honest. He works the best deal for me and knows I don't like to be pressured. I've referred other friends to him with the same results. It's refreshing and pleasant to actually purchase a car with Nick and Classic.
