Rude, you broke my car replacing air bags.

Rude, you broke my car replacing air bags. Then wasn’t giving me a rental. I will never use this dealership again. Lack of communication between mechanics and service department. Will go to city for service and NEVER recommend this LARA Dodge

They sold my son a vehicle a month later the vehicle

They sold my son a vehicle a month later the vehicle needed $7,000 worth of repairs he took it back to Laura's Laura told them they were s*** out of luck he was on his own and now he has a car payment and he can't drive a car because he can't afford to get it fixed shame on you Laura

My husband has bought 2 new vehicles from this

My husband has bought 2 new vehicles from this dealership. So when it came time for me to upgrade, I started by looking at their website online. I found a suv that I liked so I sent an email with what I was looking to trade and how much of a monthly payment I was comfortable with. I live 9 hours away so I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. I started talking to a sales rep through text. I filled out their trade in form and sent pics of my current suv. The rep gave me an estimate with no cash down and 0% that was in my range. Great! If we can get it done for that, I’m on board. Right after I filled out the official credit app, I was told 0% interest was never an option. I was also told that the suv was being used as a service car currently and would have more miles on it. I was frustrated but not ready to give up and still wanted to know what the payment would look like knowing that I have great credit. After waiting awhile I got a text from rep saying he was going to send me a link to pay $500 deposit to hold suv until we could get it since I live far away and won’t be able to get suv right away. Wait! I haven’t even been told any official numbers yet and you just told me you don’t know how many miles or going to be on it because someone is driving it. When the business manager finally called me he acted offended that I would want to know how much my monthly payment was going to be even though no one had told. The amount he gave me was $150 over what I was willing to pay but he did make sure to tell me it was a better rate than he was able to get my husband. Very disappointing experience overall.

Took my vehicle in for warranty service and needed a

Took my vehicle in for warranty service and needed a loaner. Took them 3 days of calling every day to get a loaner. After getting a loaner, I had it for 3 weeks as parts were ordered but never “received” one of the parts. Turns out they ordered a part that wasn’t needed, and had the original that was needed so communication between the shop/people who order, not sure but definite miscommunication. About twice a week, I would call for an update and kept saying should be in tomorrow. At the start of week 3, I was finally told that the “part” was on back order which is something I could’ve been told many days before. Overall, service was completed, but along the line a lot of miscommunication.

Misleading posting, not including additional fees charged by this dealership. After multiple calls and emails, they were still unwilling to honor the pricing as advertised or take responsibility for "truth in advertising".
