Jesse and Josh in maintenance were great.

Jesse and Josh in maintenance were great. Got my car in before schedule,and did an amazing job. Hands down the best experience with this company I've ever had in my 5 years as a customer. Thanks guys!!!

Greg Young service department has had our 2018 chevy high

Greg Young service department has had our 2018 chevy high country truck since the end of July!!!! All because it wouldn't start!!! It has been a nightmare. Not alot of contact, we usually have to call and check on the status. We did get to pick it up twice, with it breaking down before we could drive it 24hours. We understand the lack of parts and employees but this is unreal. Our summer has been awful, we normally go camping and mow yards, etc. We have lost a ton of money. The service department seems nice and clean, and Hayden has been nice when we have reached out. We are not sure all the issues but if the job is too much for their mechanic then they need to call in someone else. In the last few weeks they were able to loan us a vehicle, but that is a whole other story!!!

I took my 2021 Traverse to the Plattsmouth dealer 2 weeks

I took my 2021 Traverse to the Plattsmouth dealer 2 weeks ago for warranty work. When I physically checked on it yesterday they had not even started the repair. The part was delivered and I was told that they only had 2 mechanics that could do the work and due to a recall on the 2024 traverses they were priority. When I try to contact the service department I have to go through an operator who sends and email to the advisor and I have only heard back from them one time. They did give me a courtesy car but I wish I had taken to another dealer, I will never go back there for service or to buy a vehicle!

I wouldn’t waste your time at Gregg young trying to trade your vehicle in they won’t give you anything for your vehicle very unfair offers wasted not only my time but offended me with ridiculous offers very unhappy with my experience there won’t be going back again

What might you want to discuss I’m not very happy with my experience from start to finish very rude individuals I can’t believe you guys are still in business. I’m sorry I’ve never been treated that way at a dealership before you try and rob people with ridiculous offers for there vehicles and on top of it the sales person tells me to my face my vehicles are nothing but a piece of junk sorry but people need to know so they aren’t treated like I was I could go on but no reason too if I could give no stars I would have a good night

Thought we had a problem with the extended warranty

Thought we had a problem with the extended warranty products that we had purchased but found out today that the real problems were with a company that should have contacted us in the first place. Enuf said. Great experience

Poor service

I have been on overtime for almost a year. I build emergency equipment for the Government. For me to purchase a vehicle I have to take time off from work. I e-mailed in to get a quote on a truck and get a ballpark value of a trade I owed nothing on. Days later no response. I'm sure glad I didn't take off work for this dealership there are plenty of other dealers out there that would appreciate business.

Great dealership

Great people to work with. Very willing to work with me to get me into the Trax I wanted at a payment I was comfortable with. Were not pushy and took the time to make sure I was happy.

Great service

I always have a good experience here. Everyone is very friendly and explains what they are doing. They have a nice waiting area and text while you are waiting to see if there is anything you need.
